Pelageya is an open-world NPC located in Snezhnograd, Everfrozen Earth, Snezhnaya, running the Matryoksha Prize Shop.
After receiving the rewards from Pelageya's Guessing Game for the first time, her guessing game can be replayed, but without any additional rewards.

Due to Pelageya's shyness, her parents set up the Matryoksha Prize Shop so she can get accustomed to interacting with strangers. According to Pelageya, she has given out "hundreds of thousands of Mora" in prizes since then.[1] Despite Pelageya's doubts, it appears that she has improved since the prize shop was opened — Chichikova sees her as someone who can "handle all kinds of customers with calm."[2]
