Penny is a quest-exclusive NPC that appears in the World Quest Free Verse.

Profile

Penny is the daughter of Parker and Barrow, two wanderers who left her with their friend Rouge after they decided their nomadic lifestyle was not ideal for a child.^[1] The Traveler and Paimon meet her and her friends Don Quijano and Nana, a cat and dog respectively, near the Waverider Waypoint southeast of Foggy Forest Path.

Penny appears to have a close relationship with Morticia.^[2]

Appearance

She has blonde hair, purple eyes, and wears a blue shirt.
