Dance of Flashing Thought is a part of the Secret Summer Paradise event in Version 3.8.

Tutorial

Before the challenge begins, you can adjust your party to fit the various special features of the stage. During the challenge, defeat opponents to accumulate Honed Will. Once you have accumulated enough of it, you will obtain Honed Focus.

While Honed Focus lasts, it will grant great buffs to characters' combat ability. Use Honed Will to more effectively defeat your foes and complete the challenge more quickly.
