Stroganov (Russian: Строганов Stroganov) is an open-world NPC located in Snezhnaya. He can be found on board of a train that can be summoned in Central Station, Svetloledovka, Sretomorozsk and Rankova Zorya.

Stroganov: Yup! Are you actually looking for a snowhound? Ha! That's not something I can afford to feed.

Stroganov: But if I have one of those, the next time I go to Snezhnograd I'll be able to... go skiing. Yeah, she'll definitely like that.

Woof woof! A date, huh?

Stroganov: Nah. I'm talking about my younger sister. She goes to school in Snezhnograd and her teachers all say she's a real diligent learner! Heh. She sounds impressive, doesn't she?

Stroganov: But all work and no play makes Jill a really dull girl. So you've got to get out and get around a little, just like me.

Stroganov: I know she'll be worried about spending too much money. But all she has to do is to come out and have fun. I'll take care of the money part...
