Tarno is an open-world shop NPC located in Nasha Town, Lempo Isle, Nod-Krai. He is a manager of the outlet of the Voynich Guild, which serves as a Souvenir Shop, indicated by the
icon on the map. After the recent crisis in Nod-Krai, he became the representative of the Voynich Guild in the League.
In exchange for Luna Sigils, the souvenir shop sells various Weapon Ascension Materials, Mora, and Furnishing Blueprints.
