Tidecaller is Beidou's Elemental Skill.

Gameplay Notes

• This skill generates 2 Elemental Particles when it hits at least 1 target, or up to 4 when it hits with energy stored.
• The skill description is somewhat misleading. The Press skill has the same functionality as the Hold skill (including the shield and energy storing), but only during a very brief window.
• This skill can be held for up to 3s ‍^{[ver­i­fi­ca­tion need­ed]}
  • The shield created by this skill lasts for a short duration even after the skill button is released, allowing the skill's DMG to trigger the effects of Geo Resonance.
• The "DMG Bonus on Hit Taken" Talent multiplier listed in the Skill Attributes is additive to the "Base DMG" Talent multiplier. For example, taking 2 hits while holding this skill will cause it to deal (122% + 160% × 2) = 442% ATK as DMG at Talent Level 1.

Passive Effects

• Passive Talent 1, Retribution: "Counterattacking with Tidecaller at the precise moment when the character is hit grants the maximum DMG Bonus."
• Passive Talent 2, Lightning Storm: For 10 seconds after unleashing Tidecaller with its maximum DMG Bonus, the DMG and Attack SPD of Beidou's Normal and Charged Attacks are increased by 15%, and the wind-up before Beidou begins Charged Attacks is reduced.

Constellation Effects

• Constellation Level 3, Summoner of Storm: Increases this talent's level by 3, up to a maximum of 15.
