After completing the Hidden Exploration Objective Please, Be Seated, he can be seen standing next to Khmelyova in the side room of the VIP Lounge without any way to interact with him.

Zlatov is a male Snegovik who is a VIP guest at the House of Hesperides. He wants to sit in the VIP Lounge's side room but is spooked out by a gap in the wall until the Traveler blocks it.^[1]
