Golden Fountain. Part 1/2

PHO Read 2

The first Caliphate fugitives landed on the coasts of Lion's Head Bay about 600 years ago and found potable water in the region. Not only have they saved themselves from hunger and thirst, these fugitives knew they discovered the site for their own city. The place was thus named Mastang Zahab[note 1] -- the Golden Fountain.

The Council comprised 9 Wise Seers. Five were leading scholars, generals, and traders from Shiraz[note 2]. The other 4 were local tribal chieftains. Members of the Council were elected from amongst the leading families every 8 years. The Council also voted to decide upon important matters.

Under the rule of the Council, Mastang enjoyed 5 centuries of prosperity. However, good things never last. Generations later, the Council of the Wise became a coven of corrupt individuals jostling each other for their own selfish gains.

The Council had long since became a political instrument of the great families and eventually splintered when disagreements could no longer be settled in peace. Civil war erupted. Fire consumed the Eternal Peace of Mastang and fractured the Sapphire of Africa. Ambitious clans and Wise Seers took their turns to usurp power, only to fall victim to the next group of power mongers. Warlords and mercenaries only added to the devastation. Young Sa'ad defeated the other warlords and dissolved the corrupt Council, becoming the first and last King of Mastang Zahab.

Golden Fountain. Part 2/2

PHO Read 2

A great sandstorm came from the western desert while aquifers dried up, leaving the Kingdom vulnerable to invasions.

The arriving Portuguese disguised their slave tradingslave trading intents with lies of peace and commerce. To them, Mastang seemed like a promising target. But King Sa'ad saw through their schemes. Port officials imprisoned the sailors while the captain was executed. Only one sailor was freed to bring the head of his captain back to Portugal. The rest were sold off as slaves.

King Sa'ad, wrathful and fearless, managed to find the Portuguese spies and punished them. But the leading maritime power of Europe treated this as an insult committed by an already weakened African kingdom. 3 years later, a Portuguese conquistador arrived with war galleons and an army. His European priests imposed their faith upon this ancient land. Mastang was offered two choices: surrender or be razed to the ground.

King Sa'ad refused to kneel. The war began, and the Mastang Kingdom was destroyed. The Emerald Gardens became a pile of rubble. The Azure Baths belched smoke. The sky itself took on an ominous reddish tone. The conquistador's army looted and killed as they pleased. Blood flowed like rivers longlong the streets. Even the vultures were disgusted by the carnage and refused to land in the city.

The conquistador laid siege to King Sa'ad's citadel on Table Mountain. There were only several hundred Mastang refugees by the Young King's side. After several failed assaults, the conquistador took the banner of peace and asked for conditional surrender. But the Mastang answered him with a hail of arrows and musket balls, killing the conquistador. His surviving army gathered all their cannons and proceeded to level the citadel, killing King Sa'ad and every Mastang refugee.

Thus ended the once great Kingdom of the Golden Fountain. The Portuguese built a new city upon the ruins of Mastang gardens, temples, and bazaarbazaar and renamed it asit as San Fonte. A legend rose amongst the surviving Mastang. They believe a true scion of Young King Sa'ad will one day return to Table Mountain to bring Eternal Peace, and that the Portuguese conquerors will be destroyed just as they destroyed Mastang.

Chapter VIII: Fall of San Fonte

Just like the Council of the Wise of Mastang, the Portuguese Governor General of San Fonte became involved in corruption and court schemes. San Fonte became a backwater colony surrounded by increasingly hostile colonial neighbors as armed Dutch merchantmen dominated the Indian trade routes.

Events changed for the worse when the ambitious Dutch Captain Van Hoek arrived. Just like the Portuguese army, Van Hoek rode the westerlies as he sailed to San Fonte. However, Van Hoek only had one ship.

The Dutchman said he came for commerce, but secretly contacted other traders and local chieftains. He also promised freedom to the Portuguese slaves if his scheme succeeds. InIn a dinner party, Van Hoek successfully captured and imprisoned the fat and ineffectual Governor General of San Fonte. The Dutch then quickly seized the city with the help of their allies.

Van Hoek tore down the Portuguese colors from the Governor General's Office but conveniently forgot about his promise to the slaves. Instead, they were transferred to Dutch buyers who turned out to be more avaricious owners. The furious slaves rioted and broke into a Portuguese arsenal to arm themselves. The slave revolt was devastating and was made worse by a great fire that consumed the city. Just as how the Portuguese destroyed old Mastang, this fire razed everything built by the Portuguese.

Van Hoek did not expect the slave revolt to wreak so much damage. He appeased the slave owners and promised the slaves freedom to build their own settlement. Unknown to both, Van Hoek sent a secret letter to the Dutch East India Company for military aid. Legends say that this letter ended with a single line: "Leave none of the old bricks behind so that our enterprise may start anew."

The Dutch fleet from Hormuz[note 3] arrived and razed San Fonte. But Van Hoek never witnessed the Dutch victory.

Both the slave owners and slaves finally lost their patience with the crafty Dutchman. Van Hoek's crew was betrayed by the slave owners. The slave army then trapped them in the Portuguese fort.

After a 2-month siege, the slaves finally breached the walls. Every Dutch and Portuguese in the fort was slain. The bodies of Van Hoek and his crew were nailed to the outer walls of the city. A month later, people reputedly saw the rotting bones of Van Hoek waving to the Dutch fleet tasked with taking San Fonte.

The Dutch completely destroyed and rebuilt San Fonte with great vigor and efficiency. They also renamed it asit as Sint Fontein.

From Sint Fontein to St. Fountain

PHO Read 2

The British Empire annexed Dutch South Africa and brought Sint Fontein under British rule. The brutal Anglo-Dutch War was considered as the last great carnage of the 19th century. Fortunately, Sint Fontein survived the war largely unscathed. The British left many Victorian styleVictorian style buildings, police officers with their tall hats, binge drinkers from Wales, and football hooligans from Manchester. Like the previous conquerors, the British renamed the city (to St. Fountain). Dutch and Afrikaners still called the city Sint Fontein, while the Mastang in Old Town stuck to its ancient name. And thus St. Fountain became an amalgamation of three different eras.

During the 2nd World War (1939-1945), the Dutch Quarters of St. Fountain became a hotly contested region in the War of Spies. Agents from Germany, the United States, Russia, and East Asia frequented the hotels and parks of this district. The head of British Intelligence in St. Fountain once said: "If you think something is wrong, arrest 12 people in the Dutch Quarters. We'd get 11 foreign spies and one of our own people." And he really did so, severely compromising British intelligence in South Africa.

In the 1950s, the Mastang people of St. Fountain, infuriated by the Apartheid, revolted against British rule. The independence movement was immediately subject to crackdown. Leaders of the revolt fled to the western deserts to continue the War for Independence. But the indiscriminate brutality of BritishBritish response pushed many Mastangs to the freedom fighters. After 15 years of bloody guerrilla warfare, the British waswas forced to recognize the independence of St. Fountain in 1965. Thus the sovereign multi-ethnic nation of St. Fountain was foundfound.

Mary:

22How are you?

22Me doing fine. Boss man gave me a shiny gold watch that he was wearing. Me thinks the boss man really likes me. I work better than the other lads, just not as hard as Jabul. Do you still remember Jabul? He's that shorty from Congo, but boy he works likelike machine. Doesn't even go on breaks. But hard workingworking isn't everything. Jabul is too stupid. Boss man doesn't like him. He can't even say bread properly. He keeps saying boo-head. "I'm hungry. Gimme boo-head!" said Jabul. It sounds so funny it made everyone laugh. But I no laugh, Mary. I miss you. Everyone was laughing coz they're happy. But I'm lonely. And when I'm lonely, I think of you, Mary.

22I prolly have to stay in St. Fountain for a while. There's a lot of work. Boss man said he signedsigned contract with the government. The new president no like the old buildings. He wants something new and modern for New Moor. Boss man said this is decolonization and is important because we are free from oppression and slavery. But boy I just needneed job and money. The more the better. I'm happy there's a lot of work to do. I bought this postcard collection with the beautiful places of St. Fountain. There's the Old Moor Town, the old bazaar, and the fort at the cape before the giant wave came and swallowed it. It's really beautiful, Mary. I hope you like it. I like to walk at Table Mountain in the afternoon. There's a slope with very little people. I like to look at the city from there. The sinking sun makes the city shine like gold. The sight gives me peace, but it also makes me lonely. I took many photos, but I don't know how to send them to you.

22I feel old, Mary. My body is still young, but I think time is running too fast and leaving me behind. I was filled with hope when I arrived at St. Fountain last year. It was an old city. Living in it feels like freedom. But the city is changing. They say it's becoming modern. I don't like these changes. I wanna go home, Mary. Can I still go home? I want to know where my home is. Please tell me, Mary.

22I've placed a postcard in the envelope. It is a photograph of Lion's Head Bay taken at the Mausoleum of Sa'ad. Just look at the lower left corner if you miss me. I work there. You might not be able to see me, but I'm there looking at you.

22Love you.

Something weird happened — Nazli has gone missing. It seems that she hasn't showedshowed up at work for 2 weeks, and her daughter didn't go to school either. I ran into her landlord Mr. Jean downstairs. He told me that he couldn't reach her right now, so he couldn't get rent, and he can't clear the apartment for new tenants either. I suggested he call the police, then he complained to me about his grievances against the St. Fountain police for half an hour. He doesn't trust our government. But what other options does he have?

I've been living next door to Nazli for a year. She is a very nice lady, and her daughter is a sweet little girl too. Things must have not been easy for a single mom like Nazli. I do hope she's okay. I'll pray for her.

May 15, Rainy

It has been raining for almost a week, and I haven't been outdooroutdoor for that long too. I have to go check my booth tomorrow, don't know if it could survive the heavy rain. Oh, and I haven't talked to anyone for a week.
I got this strange feeling that there are fewer and fewer people in our neighborhood... Hope it was just my illusion. I got a little paranoid after Nazli has gonehas gone missing.
Oh, right, I can go check if Nazli is back.

No, she is still missing.

July 12[sic][sic] Cloudy

Kenlea left too, he moved to Cairo to live with his nephew. Fine, everybody just f***ing leave! I wish him a bright f***ing future!
I'm all alone now.
I'm in a bad mood. I had a few drinks. They say drinking cheers one up, that's bull***t. I'm still angry at Kenlea. He's my only friend. He had been meaning to leave this place ever since Shaki died. It's all Shaki's fault. It's all that driver's fault. It's all this f***ing city's fault. Ugh, life.
I just saw Keno Kenny. He is the root of all evil. Who made him the president? Ugh!!!
Kenlea said I can call when I miss him. Humph, get over yourself, Kenlea.
This f***ing life.

Sep 1, Cloudy

Business is getting worse, and fewer tourists came. Fewer tourists came, and business is getting worse and worse. I feel that St. Fountain is dying, with its ridiculous de-Europeanization policies. Now even the Europeans don't wanna come anymore. Who is this Keno Kenny anyway? Who made him the leader?
Well, things aren't too bad for me — at least I don't have to pay the rent, and worst caseworst case scenario, I could go back to being an accountant. I'm sure there are still companies that need an accountant.
The next-door apartment is for rent now. I wonder what the new neighbor will be like. Hope he/she doesn't like football.
There are really fewer people now.

Jan 30, Sunny

I ran into Mr. Jean. He came to check on his apartment for rent. Such a good apartment has been vacant for six months, unbelievable. Mr. Jean said he saw Nazli on TV, a French show. Not sure if he was joking, but it's not funny.
People have been talking about this place being haunted lately. There are weird things running on the street, and strange noises at night. I got up at midnight and listened for a while, it sounded like the guy on the fourth floor playing the trumpet.
I can't stay here any longer if things aren't getting better.

Mar 1, Sunny

I called Kenlea. I could tell it was his voice, but he asked who I was and said he didn't know me. He said he had never been to St. Fountain in his life.
It's either that I'm crazy or I'm old.

May 4, Sunny

I wrote a letter to Kenlea and asked a guy who was leaving for Cairo to take it to him, but then he and his family were all gone missing. I haven't seen Mr. Jean for a few months. Last time we met, he said he called Nazli's uncle, who told him that Nazli had never been to St. Fountain.
There's a simple explanation to all this, which I should have realized long ago: It's not because I'm old or crazy, it's the city, it's dead. This city is a f***ing coffin. Everybody just wanna turn around and run away from it. When asked if they had been sleeping in this coffin, they'd say heck no! Never heard of it! This is what's happening. None of the people who have left St. Fountain ever returned. This is a city abandoned by the world. Well f***ing done, Keno Kenny.

May 11

I'm leaving you too, St. Fountain. I'm just gonna believe that this place is cursed, and that I will forget you completely the second I board that maglev train.

The best equipment for fighting the Boss of Stage XIII-EX 13-9b on solo:
GARD Mecha: Arahato: Magic Sword EX (see the picture on the right for slot parts)
Main weapon: Arm cannon [Magnetic Soullock]
Secondary weapon: Concealed arm weapon [Electromagnetic Chain]
Melee: Two-handed nodachi [Jinja Sacrifice]

Note 1:Most:Most players recommend equipping Taranese the shieldman with Thunder Shield and FATE Mecha Thor with Mjolnir to trigger PARA. However, these 2 weapons can only trigger PARA, and have to suffer DmgR passive. So the author recommends using Mecha+3 weapon to take advantage of the program loophole to deal high damage (explained below).

Detailed moves: Start: Take 3 steps back, then switch to melee weapon, consume 10.3 SP to unleash Skill 1 of [Jinja Sacrifice] and then charge forward. Boss will emerge at coordinates 103: 111, perfect EVA, change to secondary weapon [Electromagnetic Chain]. Skill 1 hits, then release basic attack three times with Electromagnetic Chain, link Combo, then switch to main weapon Magnetic Soullock in mid-air and fire all 13 bullets, perfect Reload, fire 1 time, then switch to melee again. Do not hit the Boss with basic ATK, hit it directly with Combo. At this point, SP should reach 30.1, then activate Skill 2 of Arahato Mecha. A program loophole should proc then, PARA of the Boss will soar to 100987, with DmgR down to negative. End melee basic ATK.

Note 2: The author has already reported the loophole and relevant videos to AE. Entertainment. This article is intended for friendly communication rather than suggesting players to utilize program loopholes.

Source of Gold - Part 1 (Legacy)

...Six hundred years ago, the refugees expelled from the caliphate set foot on the shores of Lion's Head Bay. At that time they were hungry and thirsty, and they found precious water here. After drinking happily, the refugees looked around as if they had foreseen the glorious future of the city. They called this place "Masdar Aldhahab" meaning "Source of Gold".

Masdar established the state with a sage council; there are nine sages in the council: five sages come from Shiraz scholars, officers and businessmen, and the other four sages are elders of the local tribe. Every eight years, the sages are recommended by the family election groups. All major events are decided by the nine sages.

Under the rule of the Sage Parliament, Masdar has gone through the golden age of 500 years, but the glory ends in the end; for decades, the sages gradually turned the parliament into their own family property, pitted each other, and elected the system. The electoral system has also become a shell between endless corruption and centrifugation.

After that, the Nine Sages, who had long been the spokespersons of the nobles, broke down completely, and Masdar fell into a brutal civil war. Once the city of "eternal peace" is now engulfed in the flames of war, and the sapphires on African black satin are torn apart. The wise men and the nobles fell down one after another during this dark age, and the tribal warlords followed. In the end, the young Sa'ad defeated the other warlords, abolished the decaying sages, and became the first and last king of the "Source of Gold".

Source of Gold - Part 2 (Legacy)

...The desolate storms came from the western deserts, bringing the bad news of water depletion, as well as invasion and destruction.

...The Portuguese's fleet came from the West. They professed to be merchants of peace and trade, scoured the news around the slave market, and stretched their noses to all corners of Masdar. However, King Sa'ad saw the conspiracy of the Portuguese, ordered the port official to imprison all the crew members and executed the captain's capital punishment. The King only forgave a sailor and returned him to Portuguese India with the captain's first rank, while others were trafficked into slavery.

In order to defend the dignity of the city-state kingdom, the fearless and hard-working King Sa'ad punished the poor Portuguese works. But the invasion has just begun, one by one, like the destruction of the ancient city of a thousand pillars, it is unavoidable. Three years later, the Portuguese conquerors drove the European giant ship into Lion's Head Bay. He brought in pagan evangelists in an attempt to impose new faith on this ancient land, and he also brought outright threats: surrender, or be razed.

The proud King Sa'ad ignored the threat and immediately launched a counterattack. Soon, everything that Masdar once was proud of turned into a sea of fire. The verdant gardens were buried by bricks and tiles, the turquoise blue domed baths were burning, the bazaars were scattered, and the sky was stained with ominous red. Subsequently, the Portuguese boarded the coast to burn and plunder. Wherever the invaders went, blood ran over the broken bricks and shattered tiles, and even the rotten vultures dared not settle because of fear of the Portuguese sword.

The king's city on the platform hill was surrounded by the Portuguese, and there were only a few hundred refugees in the city beside King Sa'ad. After several storms and defeats, the conquerors admired King Sa'ad's tenaciousness and came to the city for the last time to surrender. But only arrows and projectiles responded to him. Seeing that the commander was injured by the arrow, the Portuguese mobilized all artillery and finally razed Masdar's castle, and King Sa'ad and hundreds of subjects were buried.

In this way, the great Masdar fell. In the former gardens, shrines and bazaars, and on the remains of the citizens of the city, the Portuguese built their own cities. To this day, there is still a legend circulating in the old Masdar: One day, the orthodox heir of King Sa'ad will return to the platform mountain, bringing true "Eternal peace", and the Portuguese city will be rejected by people, just like Masdar which was destroyed by them.

Golden Fountain, Blood Fountain (Legacy)

Chapter 8: The Decline of Saint Fontaine

...Like the sage parliament of the Masdar in ancient times, the governor appointed by the King of Portugal in Saint Fountain was caught in a whirlpool of corruption and court conspiracy. Saint Fountain is now in dire straits, and as Indian business roads are gradually monopolized by the Dutch, this hub port has become an isolated island that has been shrinking in the hostile ocean by doctors.

At the time of Saint Fountain's decline, Hoek, the cunning Dutch captain, came. Like the Portuguese conqueror two hundred years ago, he came down the westerly winds, bringing to the city a notice of destruction. But this time, he had only one boat.

Wherever Captain Hoek claimed to be from business, he secretly contacted merchants and tribal elders, and assured Portuguese slaves that they would be set free once they were done. So, at a banquet, Hoek held hostage to the weak and weak Portuguese governor. With the help of allies, the Dutch quickly controlled the city.

Van Hoek removed the flag of the Portuguese royal family from the Governor's Palace in Saint Fountain, but forgot the promise of liberation of slaves. The slaves of Portuguese were now transferred to the more sly Dutch. Knowing that they had betrayed, angry slaves launched a riot, they ransacked, and even broke into the arsenal left by the Portuguese. The slaves who possessed the weapons were terrifying, but it was even more unpredictable that a sudden mutation of nature swept Saint Fountain. Just like the fire that destroyed Masdar 200 years ago, the fire turned bitter memories of the miracles created by the Portuguese.

Cunning Van Hoek never expected such a result. On the one hand, he promised to fight the slaves immediately to please the local slave owners. On the other hand, to appease the slaves, he claimed that the Dutch would not interfere in their cities. Behind the two sides, however, he sent a secret letter to the Dutch East India Company asking for help. Legend has it that the secret letter only had a terrible command-not to leave a brick on top of the other.

Three months later, the Dutch fleet from Hormuz leveled Saint Fountain. But Hoek no longer saw the smile of Vengeance.

The double-sided betting game is dangerous, and eventually both sides lose patience with this humble capital alien. Van Hoek and his limited crew were betrayed by the slave owners, lost their support, and were regarded as traitors by their slaves in the Portuguese castle.

After staying for two months, the slave rioters finally broke into the old Portuguese castle. All the Dutch and Portuguese in the castle were massacred, and the bodies of Captain Hoek and his crew were nailed by the rioters to the castle's exterior wall. It is said that one month later, someone saw the skeleton of the captain of the downturn beckoning towards the Dutch fleet approaching the horizon.

The Dutch were more devastating to Saint Fountain, but they also rebuilt the city more efficiently than the Portuguese. They gave Saint Fountain a new name, Saint Fontaine, in their own language.

Saint Fontaine before and present (Legacy)

...At the end of the 19th century, the British captured St. Fontaine from the Netherlands through war. Although the brutal war between Britain and the Netherlands is called the "War of 19th Century", fortunately, the city of Saint Fontaine has not suffered much. The pride of the British took over the governor's house of the Dutch, and left the Victorian buildings in the city, the policeman in the top hat, the drunkard from Wales and the football hooligan from Manchester. Like the previous conquerors, the new British changed the city name to their more accustomed name "St. Fountain", the Dutch still called their hometowns in Dutch, and the Masdar people in the old city Use more ancient names privately. The three incarnations of this city have crossed the millennium and merged into one.

From 1939 to 1945, the Dutch district of St. Fontaine became one of the core battlefields of spying on both sides during the World War. In hotels and parks in the Netherlands, spies from Germany, the United States, Russia and even East Asia traveled around. According to legend, the chief of the British military intelligence stationed in St. Fontaine said: "Send someone to the Dutch district in an emergency to catch a dozen people. There will always be 11 foreign spies and one of us." And he really implemented his ideas, and the British spy network in South Africa was hit hard.

In the 1950s, the Masdar independence movement of Saint Fontaine initiated a rebellion against British rule because of the policy of isolation. Under the brutal suppression of Britain, the independence movement was hit hard. Many rebels were forced to flee to the western desert and continue their independent struggle. But the indifference of the British crackdown also aroused the anger of Masdar. After 15 years of intermittent bloody struggles, in 1965, the Masdar finally forced the British to recognize the independent status of St. Fontaine. St. Fontaine has since become an independent multi-ethnic country and has never changed its name.

An Unsent Letter (Legacy)

Mary:

How are you?

I'm fine, in good health, and free from illness and disaster. Let me tell you, the boss gave me a watch, which he took off from his hand, Jin Liangliang, estimated to be very valuable. I think the boss appreciates me very much. Last month, my performance was higher than that of my colleagues, but it was a little bit less than Joble. Do you still remember Joble? I should have told you that the Congolese are short and he doesn't know how tired he is to work. If he can work from morning to night, I will be worse than him. But let me tell you, I'm just going to do my best to work hard. There is no way out for Joble's mind, and the boss doesn't like him at all. At one meal he described the bread as "noodles" and he said "give me noodles", flushed with anxiety. Everyone laughed. But I didn't laugh, Mary, I miss you so much. Everyone was laughing, they lived fast, but I felt so lonely, I don't know what happened, I thought of you as soon as I was lonely.

The Moor District was handed over to us for refurbishment, and the newly appointed chief was too old to rebuild it into a modern Moor District. The boss told me that this is called "de-Europeanization". What other words did he say about oppression and colonization? In fact, I don't care. It's enough to earn money if you have work. The more you work, the better. I will rejoice to die after rebuilding the entire Saint Fontaine. I bought a box of postcard collections, all of which are out-of-print scenery: the old streets in the Moor District, the old bazaar, and a good luck port castle, the one that was taken away by the tsunami a few years ago; I hope you can see it with your own eyes. Every afternoon, I will walk a distance to Platform Hill, there is a small slope over there, no one will pass. I like to sit on the small slope at dusk to see Saint Fontaine. When the sun goes down, the whole city is like gold, shining. I looked at it, and my heart was calm and sad at the same time. I took a lot of pictures, but I don't know how to send them to you.

Actually, I am scared. Mary, I think I am old. My body is fine, but the times seem to be ahead of me, leaving me behind. When I came to Saint Fontaine last year, I felt hopeful. At that time it was still an ancient city. I lived in it and felt very comfortable; now the city has changed and it has become more and more modern, but I feel out of place. I want to go home, Mary, can I still go home? I want to know where my home is, will you tell me?

I put a postcard in the envelope, the Lion's Head Bay taken from the Sa'ad Mausoleum. If you miss me, look at its lower left corner. I'm working there. Although you can't see me, I'm watching you there.

Love you

Diary of a resident (Legacy)

April 27 Sunny

Encountered a very strange thing, Nazli disappeared. It seems that she hasn't gone to work since two weeks ago, and her daughter hasn't gone to school. I met her landlord, Mr. Jean, downstairs. He can't contact anyone now, he can't get the rent, and he doesn't dare to throw things in the house. I persuaded him to call the police, and then listened to him complaining about the enmity and hatred of the Saint Fontaine police for half an hour. He doesn't trust our government department very much. Let him go. What can we do in addition to the police?

I have been a neighbor with Nazli for a year, she is a good person. And her daughter, what a cute little girl. She took the child by herself and asked me to say that she was not easy. I hope she is safe. Pray for her.

May 15 Rainy

It has been raining for almost a week, and I haven't gone out for almost a week. I have to visit my stall tomorrow, I'm afraid that the rain will knock down the awning. By the way, I haven't spoken to others for a week. I always feel that there are fewer and fewer people in our film, I hope it is just an illusion. After Nazli disappeared, I was a little suspicious.
Oh yes, I can go and see if Nazli is back.

No, she didn't come back.

July 12 Overcast

Ken Leah has also left, he is going to Cairo to join his nephew, **, okay, let's go, **, let's go! I wish him a bright future!
I'm the only one left.
I'm in a bad mood. I drank some wine. It's deceptive to drink and worry. I'm so angry Ken Leah, I only have one friend left. After Xia Qi died, he always wanted to leave this place, blaming Xia Qi, blaming the car, blaming this ** city, ** life.
I saw Keno Kenny, this kid is the source of all evil. Who elected him as president?
Ken Leah made me call him when I missed him, so I didn't call.
**life.

September 1 Overcast

Business is getting worse and there are fewer tourists; fewer and fewer tourists are getting worse and worse. It feels like Saint Fontaine is coming to an end. What is happening all day to de-Europeanization, now even Europeans are reluctant to come. Who is this Keno Kenny? Who chooses him?
Alas, when I think about it better, at least I don't have to pay the rent. I started renting out next door. I don't know what kind of person this time will be. I hope he doesn't like football.
There are really fewer people.

January 30 Sunny

When he met Mr. Jean, he came to see his house. Damn it, such a good house hasn't been rented out for half a year. Mr. Jean said that he saw Nazli on TV and it was still a French show. Stop it.
Recently, many people are talking about haunting things. There are strange things running on the street. At night, they make a very strange sound. I got up in the middle of the night and listened.
I can't bear it any longer.

March 1 Clear

I called Ken Leah. I thought that was his voice, but he asked who I was and said he didn't know me. He said he had never been to Saint-Fontain in his life.
Either I'm crazy or I'm old.

May 4 Sunny

The person who entrusted him to Cairo had sent a letter to Ken Leah. This person never returned and his family was gone. I haven't seen Mr. Jean in a few months. When I last met, he said he called Uncle Nazli's uncle and he said she had never been to Saint Fontaine.
Things are as simple as this, and I should have understood that it is not that I am old or that I am crazy, that this city is dead. This city is a coffin of **. Everyone wants to drop it, turn around and run, the farther the better. Did you ask him to sleep in this coffin? No! I haven't heard of it! It's that simple. None of the people who left Saint Fontain come back. This is an isolated city abandoned by the world. That's awesome, Keno Kenny, pretty good.

May 11

Farewell, Saint Fontaine. I believe there is a curse here. I believe that when I board the suspended train, I will completely forget you.

The Scrapped Paper (Legacy)

The edge of this piece of paper is very flat, and the person who separated it from the original paper must take it very seriously.

You can see some unclear terms written on it:

"AraHato: GARD Force Raiders 17th Contribution: AlloyBron"

Facing the BOSS of the XII-EX 13-9b level [Water Keeper: Digging Trouble], it is equipped with the following maximum efficiency. The author is only SOLO.

GARD Mech: AraHato: Magic Sword EX (refer to the right for slot parts)

Main martial arts: Armband Gun [Locking Magnetic Core]

Secondary martial arts: Concealed Armband Gun [Electromagnetic Chain Lock]

Melee: Two-handed [Wu Temple's Sacrifice]

Note 1: Other pilots are recommended to use the Sword & Shield Taranis to use the [Sky Thunder Shield] or FATE Mech Sol's [Thor's Hammer] to reach PARA. However, both weapons PARA are the only effect, and will also trigger DmgR passive. I recommend using Mecha + 3 weapons to take advantage of program loopholes to deal high damage (explained below).

Operation: Start: Take 3 steps back to cut melee, consume 10.3SP to play [Wu Temple's Sacrifice] No. 1 skill, and then rush forward. [Water Keeper] will drill out at coordinates 103:111, perfect EVA, change the Secondary martial arts [Electromagnetic Chain Lock]. Just hit No. 1 skill, Electromagnetic Chain Lock A three times, cut branch, change the main weapon in mid-air [Locking Magnetic Core] and shot all 13 rounds, perfect Reload, hit one, melee, be careful not to hit A [Water Keeper], you should branch directly to hit the target. At this point SP is just 30.1, starting AraHato Mech 2 skills. A program vulnerability will be triggered when the operation is successful, and the PARA index of [Water Keeper] will soar to 100987, and DmgR will pass the threshold directly and become negative.

Note 2: The author has submitted related video and program code vulnerabilities to A.E.Entertainment. This article does not recommend players to use program vulnerabilities, only for purposes of friendly exchanges.

Duineser Elegien (Legacy)[1]

This is a collection of poems by the Austrian poets Rainer Maria Rilke. You noticed that a few lines of poetry were circled by strange purple ink.

Die erste Elegie (The first Elegy)
Wer, wenn ich schriee, hörte mich denn aus der Engel
Ordnungen? und gesetzt selbst, es nähme
einer mich plötzlich ans Herz: ich verginge von seinem
stärkeren Dasein.

Translation:
Who, if I cried out, would hear me among the Angelic
Orders? And even if one were to suddenly
take me to its heart, I would vanish into its
stronger existence.

Die zweite Elegie (The second Elegy)
Jeder Engel ist schrecklich.

Translation:
Every Angel is terror.

Die vierte Elegie (The fourth Elegy)
Dann kommt zusammen, was wir immerfort
entzwein, indem wir da sind. Dann entsteht
aus unsern Jahreszeiten erst der Umkreis
des ganzen Wandelns. Über uns hinüber
spielt dann der Engel.

Translation:
Then what we endlessly separate,
merely by being, comes together. Then at last
from our seasons here, the orbit
of all change emerges. Over and above us,
then, the Angel plays.

Die zehnte Elegie (The tenth Elegy)
Und sie staunen dem krönlichen Haupt, das für immer,
schweigend, der Menschen Gesicht
auf die Waage der Sterne gelegt.

Translation:
And they are astonished by the regal head, that forever,
silently, positioned the human face
in the scale of the stars.
