Bartoli Miranda, also known as the Millennium Killer, is a mission-exclusive NPC on Planarcadia. She serves as the primary antagonist of Adventure Mission Millennium Killer.
History
During the events of Adventure Mission Millennium Killer, Bartoli Miranda reveals herself as the mastermind behind a series of murders targeting rising stars across Planarcadia. Formerly a highly skilled plastic surgeon, Bartoli specialized in enhancing the appearances of aspiring celebrities, many of whom rose to prominence thanks to her work. Despite their fame, she remained unrecognized and resentful of her obscurity. Concluding that she no longer wished to be a mere benefactor, Bartoli devised a new ambition: to become a "sower." She secretly implanted specially crafted body parts into fame-seeking individuals at Izol's clinic. As these individuals gained popularity, the implanted parts accumulated Wishpower generated by public attention. Once the Wishpower had sufficiently matured, Bartoli harvested the enhanced parts, intending to transplant them onto herself. Deprived of Wishpower from their lost body parts, her victims would die soon after.[1]
- If Ashveil was chosen
If the Trailblazer chooses to confront the Millennium Killer alongside Ashveil, the conflict ends in a direct confrontation against Bartoli.
Rejecting the label of "killer," Bartoli claims she was merely following the natural cycle of "sowing in spring and reaping in autumn." After completing her "harvest," she reconstructs her own body using the accumulated parts, believing herself to have become the ultimate embodiment of attention in an age where attention is paramount. Declaring herself the "Ruler of Gazes," she renounces her former identity and proclaims her ascension to godhood and her freedom from mortal law. Ashveil and the Trailblazer dismiss her claims as delusional. Refusing to argue with those she considers already dead, Bartoli initiates combat, bringing her scheme to its final confrontation. However, she is weakened by the Trailblazer and Ashveil and the Wishpower sustaining her dissipates, turning her into numerous Nameless Wispae, while Ashveil manages to recover Joye's eyes before they could dissipate.[1]
- If Sparxie was chosen
If the Trailblazer chooses to confront the Millennium Killer alongside Sparxie, the conflict does not end in a direct battle, nor does the Trailblazer encounter her.
Sparxie concludes that the Millennium Killer's reconstructed body is unstable, likening the condition to "transplant rejection." The harvested imagenae parts, originally taken from different popular celebrities, lack compatibility when forcibly combined into a single entity. By aggravating the discord between these mismatched components, Sparxie triggers internal destabilization, using Furbobo Weekly to create a provocative post. She then hypes the post up by talking to various people, causing the Millennium Killer's parts to fight each other in a "civil war." The Millennium Killer contacts the Trailblazer, initially warning them to stop under the guise of a threat. The warning is ignored and Sparxie continues to escalate the post, causing the Millennium Killer to beg for leniency and even promising to turn themselves in to the Department of Aberration Defense. The request is ignored as Sparxie causes the post to gain offline hype.
Ashveil, who had been tracking the Millennium Killer, encountered the Millennium Killer tear apart from within, finding the sight deeply unsettling. In the aftermath, only Miss Joye's eyes remain intact among the harvested components. Sparxie implies that the victims effectively enacted their own revenge through the internal collapse. [1]
