Bulsa was a mentioned city-state on Amphoreus.

Overview

Bulsa was a city-state that worshipped the Sky Titan, Aquila.^[1]

It was also one of the several targets of Nikador and Castrum Kremnos during their war campaign. The king of Bulsa traveled to Janusopolis to seek a way to save his city-state with the help of the Fate Titans. However, Oronyx's prophecy, interpreted by Mortis, the Holy Maiden of Janusopolis at the time, foretold that the city-state would eventually fall into ruin.^[1] True to the prophecy, Bulsa was later destroyed by Kremnoan forces.^[2]

After its destruction, the surviving warriors of Bulsa became savages and predators, raiding and pillaging other city-states and setting them ablaze.^[2]
