Old Priest: Great Maiden, what prophecy have the Fate Titans shown you... regarding the fate of Bulsa City?
Stern Holy Maiden: The prophecy was spoken thusly...
Stern Holy Maiden: ...Though I have never met the gaze of ten thousand eyes, I will fight against the blades of ten thousand enemies.
Stern Holy Maiden: ...The gentle breeze shall be devoured by the roaring waves. The foolish king spends all his riches, only to purchase a life as a drifter after his nation is conquered.
Old Priest: ...Is that all?
Stern Holy Maiden: That is all the Titans said.
Old Priest: What kind of joke is that... The King of Bulsa has traveled a long way for a prophecy on how to save his hometown... Are you saying you want to send him off with no hope?
Stern Holy Maiden: Hah... Sir Acolyte, you're just concerned that the King of Bulsa will take back the large amount of money he paid in his desperation, aren't you?
Old Priest: Holy Maiden, watch your tongue... This is the holy land of the Coreflame of Janus, not Zagreus' den of thieves!
Stern Holy Maiden: There is no need for such outrage. I have long since lost the so-called prophetic rights of the Holy Maiden. According to our agreement... I am solely responsible for listening to the word of the Titans.
Stern Holy Maiden: I have never overly pried into how it is that you manipulate these prophecies.
Old Priest: ...Hmph.
Stern Holy Maiden: ...However, on the basis of our decades-long friendship, I must give you a word of warning.
Stern Holy Maiden: Do not give people false hope under the guise of prophecy. Otherwise... fate will place the responsibility for that city's destruction on your head.
Stern Holy Maiden: If you do not wish to be torn to shreds by the countless mourning dead when you cross the River of Souls... I would implore you to act with caution.
Old Priest: ...I understand what you are saying, Mortis. However, the Temple of the Three Fates cannot spread despair. You know that I must act for the sake of Janusopolis.
Old Priest: Although, the fact that you still consider our former friendship... I must admit I am surprised.
Stern Holy Maiden: ...
Old Priest: Work on the secret tunnel that I promised you is almost complete. If they attack soon, you will be able to escape with your children. I will cover you from the shadows.
Old Priest: It's just... It must be soon. As you know, I am not a young man anymore... I can already see Thanatos' shadow before me.
Stern Holy Maiden: ...May Janus guide your path, Codex.
Stern Holy Maiden: "Do not give people false hope under the guise of prophecy...?"
Stern Holy Maiden: Hah... Perhaps that is something that would be beyond even me...

Tribios: Momma! Look at this! It kept going wrong but I finally made one that works!
Gentle Mother: Is this... a music box? Tribios, you're so talented! Now whenever I'm telling you a story, we can have beautiful music playing in the background.
Tribios: Hehe, I'm still not as talented as you, mommy! You can take a whole block of red stone and slowly carve it into a crystal clear... work of art!
Tribios: Next time I want to make... a pair of gloves! That way, you won't hurt your hands next time you're polishing rocks, mommy!
Gentle Mother: Silly child. If I was scared of hurting my hands, why would I not just ask the old folks at the temple for a pair of gloves?
Gentle Mother: Honestly, you mustn't fuss over me. Just make sure you eat plenty, practice your reading and read lots of stories of Amphoreus. Nothing makes mommy happier than seeing you grow and thrive.
Tribios: I have eaten plenty! And I've practiced my reading lots! But, the stories... Hehe, there are still lots that I can't read yet...
Gentle Mother: Ah, so that's what you're up to. You were making this music box to slack off so mommy would read you more stories, right?
Gentle Mother: You sneaky thing... Looks like I won't be reading any more stories of Zagreus for a while!
Gentle Mother: Well then, what story should we read today? The golden apple beauty contest... The story of King Mikas... Gorgo and the Lion... You've heard them all lots of times, haven't you?
Tribios: I don't mind! I'll never get sick of them as long as you're reading them to me, mommy!

The placement of the afterimages seems a little off... Perhaps the environment here is different now to how it once was.
Stonemason: Great Holy Maiden, you are here to collect volcanic glass again?
Holy Maiden: Indeed, there is constant need for it in the city at the moment... Things are truly dire.
Stonemason: How is the city faring at the moment? People are saying there is unrest in politics. You don't think it will lead to war, do you?
Stonemason: Great Holy Maiden, you must tell me. If there really is unrest, I would like to take my family somewhere safe to live out their days.
Holy Maiden: Haha... My friend. If it really came to war, I fear there would be no safe place to run to.
Stonemason: This is true. Ah, great Holy Maiden, take this volcanic glass with you. Please don't go down to the mines to source it yourself anymore.
Stonemason: The fractured surfaces of those red crystals are far too sharp. My heart hurts every time I see your hands dripping with blood as you leave.
Holy Maiden: ...Thank you.
Stonemason: Come to think of it, just let me know the next time you need some ore! I may seem busy, but I can always make time to carve out some volcanic glass for you.
Holy Maiden: There is no need for you to go to such trouble... This is likely the last time I shall come to collect volcanic glass.
Stonemason: I understand, great Holy Maiden. Please take care of yourself. I have heard word that those officials have been treating you poorly...
Stonemason: If it becomes too much for you to bear, you must escape! Amphoreus is so vast... Ah, there I go talking about these things again.
Holy Maiden: I appreciate your intentions. Perhaps I could run away, but... Sometimes it seems as if although fate has opened many doors to you, there is still only one path that you can actually walk.

Trianne: Hmm... All done! But I feel like something's still missing...
Mortis: This looks amazing! But isn't it missing those two friends from beyond the sky that you mentioned before?
Trianne: Oh, you're right! That was close. Let us think... How about adding them in the corner of the painting?
Trianne: Little Gray and Dannie are such good people — they definitely wouldn't blame us, hehe.
Trianne: Being all alone in the nether realm makes it feel like we've forgotten so much... It's such a bad feeling!
Trianne: Luckily, you're here to keep us company. When telling you stories, we recall so many past experiences.
Mortis: Heh... I've wandered this place for so, so long, and I've forgotten literally everything about my life before.
Mortis: The only thing I remember is a promise I made to someone dear to me: "See you tomorrow."
Trianne: Really? That's our favorite goodbye! Every time we part ways, we would say, "See you tomorrow!"
Mortis: Yes, "See you tomorrow." What a beautiful wish...
Mortis: ...Perhaps it's time to say goodbye, Trianne. I'd like to wander around some more... Guess it'll help me recall more things.
Trianne: Alright! We will sit here and wait for Little Cas. While looking at this painting, we won't forget our friends.
Mortis: Farewell, Trianne. Thank you for keeping me company for so long.
Trianne: It's us who should thank you. You're so gentle, reminding us of our mom... See you tomorrow...
Trianne: May we reunite on the fragrant shores of the western wind!
