City of Love is an Achievement in the category The Memories We Share.

To unlock this achievement, the player must help the Billboard Hurrylove to pass a message to its lover.

Hurrylove: There always used to be people in the square that would move like this, inviting their lovers to dance... They looked so happy!

Hurrylove: Maybe, just maybe... Hehe... Next time we meet, she would be willing to dance with me?

The billboard is performing a hilarious ballroom dance.

Hurrylove: Of course! What do you want to know?

How did you fall in love?

Hurrylove: To tell you the truth, it was the first time we met...

Hurrylove: There were many people in the Golden Central Station that day, but my eyes immediately picked her out of the crowd. She walked closer and closer and, amongst all of the many billboards around, she came and stood in front of me.

Hurrylove: Ah, any words that describe beauty would fail to capture the perfection of that moment... I was like a guest that had overdone it on SoulGlad, dizzy, but that's the happiest moment I had ever had!

Hurrylove: Unfortunately, she left so quickly that I didn't have time to greet her. I decided that I would become a billboard solely dedicated to herIn Her Image!

Hurrylove: ...

The billboard froze in place. Swaying, it almost fell to the ground.

Hurrylove: Oh no! I don't even know her name yet!

Hurrylove: We've only met once, after all... But it's okay. I remember what she looked like. I know I can find her again!

What did you do before this?

Hurrylove: I used to be a salesman for the ninth DreamscapeBlue Hour. I was personally responsible for promoting their marriage services in front of the Golden Central Station.

Hurrylove: But, after I met my true love, I suddenly realized how much of a sham all of the promises these advertisements make are!

Hurrylove: In order to find my true love... I decided that I would become a billboard solely dedicated to herIn Her Image!

Cloda: When I first got here, I tried picking up my old profession. But it didn't take me long to realize that I couldn't take any of the stuff I pilfered back to the real world. So, what's the point of taking that risk?

Cloda: So, I'm out of the game now. I'm pretty cozy just chatting with people around here and gossiping about The Family.

Cloda: I think the Dreamflux Reef suits me best. Free, peaceful, and free of trouble. It's refreshing!

Cloda: Alright, what do you want to talk about?

Why are you here in the Dreamflux Reef?

Cloda: Ah, that's a long story. Much like the majority of people here, I blacked out and woke up here.

Cloda: Although... I entered the Dreamscape a little differently than most people do. Guests like you came in through the hotel, right? I didn't. I used a custom Talian device. I can't really explain how it works.

Cloda: Getting in was easy enough, but it's getting out that is the challenge. When I realize I could never leave this unfortunate dream, I just have to accept my fate.

Cloda: Where it's crowded with people? Absolutely not. I can't stand fake and conceited places like that. They're all just normal people, yet they pretend like they're all rich and elegant nobles... Who are they trying to impress?

Cloda: Huh? Are you joking? That place is so serious and strict that I'd end up going insane there!
