Golden Hour is an area in Penacony's Dreamscape, unlocked after completing the Trailblaze Mission The Youths Who Chase Dreams.

Overview

Golden Hour is said to be the most prosperous "Moment" in Penacony, showcasing an entire city bathed in luxury and is the location of the Penacony Grand Theater.^[1] The area is stuck in the moment right before midnight when the festivites never end. The Moment of Golden Hour is designed by Vaughn.^[2]

Oti Mall		The most bustling Commercial District in the Golden Hour, established by Old Oti, head of the Alfalfa Family. Pedestrians flow through here like a never-ending stream, and splendid lights imbue this place with a radiance comparable to that of day.
Clockie Plaza		An expansive central plaza. This area seems more leisurely than the crowded streets. A statue of the famous cartoon character "Clockie" towers in place here.
Aideen Park		An amusement park built with sponsorship from the soft drink brand "SoulGlad." Recreational facilities can be seen everywhere here, and guests can indulge in honeyed nectar and release their minds from thoughts outside the dream.
Dreammerse Shopping Street		Peppy Pepeshi's Salon is located in the area beneath the shopping center, where they serve their small and adorable kin with delectable nectar.
The Reverie Hotel Entrance		The plaza before the entrance to The Reverie. The magnificent dial stays halted and unmoving, while fountains erupt with golden syrup, reminding guests they dwell within the Dreamscape.
Sweet Corner		The path leading to the exit of Aideen Park. When you grow tired of the indulgent revelry in the center of the park, you can come to this corner of the streets for a moment of peace or a wondrous encounter.
Clockie Statue		The Clockie Statue in the plaza. It is only a statue for most people. But it's rumored that a rare few with special constitutions can converse with it... and even receive benefits from it by offering it special credits!
SoulGlad Trolley		A self-serve goods trolley. It is a common sight in Penacony with its convenience, speed of service, and ubiquitousness.
