It can also be found in Dreamjolt Hostelry in The Reverie (Dreamscape) after completing Event Adventure Mission Morose Monsters (IV) from Vignettes in a Cup in the chapter Vignettes in a Cup.

An unusual-looking mobile billboard blocks your path.

Hurrylove: Ah, (handsome gentleman/beautiful lady), welcome to Penacony! Excuse my boldness, but have you seen my love around here?

Hurrylove: My identity is not important, (sir/miss)! Am I a salesman that happens to resemble a billboard, or a billboard stuck in the role of a salesman?

Hurrylove: I am neither. I am just a poor DreamchaserLovestruck Billboard tirelessly searching for the lover of my dreams.

On the billboard where a product should be placed, you can only see the face of a beautiful woman.

Hurrylove: My love, she is the treasure of Penacony, the brightest star in the crowd, catching everyone's attention — That's right, not even a billboard is exempt!

Hurrylove: Ah... She is unforgettable, but I haven't seen her for such a long time...

The screen of the billboard grows dim as its tone changes. You actually start to feel a little pity.

Hurrylove: Unfortunately, she left so quickly that I didn't have time to greet her. I decided that I would become a billboard solely dedicated to herIn Her Image!
