Mission Description

For reasons unknown, a particular otherworldly guest still remains in Penacony, seemingly tasked with a relatively important commission.

(Talk to Lancer)

Lancer: Hey, it's been a while. The girl said that you're now the owner of the Holy Grail?

Lancer: That old shorty, Oti, sure knows how to do business. He only decided to pass the problem off as a favor when the Holy Grail stopped granting wishes or summoning Heroic Spirits.

Lancer: Isn't that just like stealing the jewels from a treasure chest and tossing out the empty, broken box?

Who are you again?

Lancer: Lancer. Sure, we've had some not-so-great memories, but we've fought together too. Doesn't that count for something?

Lancer: Forgetting me so easily is rather rude.

Why haven't you disappeared?

Lancer: Who knows? It's probably the result of some excess magical energy and the "Battle Continuation" ability. After everyone else vanished, I was the one left behind.

Lancer: Seems like I won't be heading back to the Throne of Heroes anytime soon.

Lancer: You may meet many old friends in the Holy Grail, but I'm honestly not interested.

Lancer: The heroes' arena in Valhallathe Temple of Heroes? Not ready to visit there just yet. Though I suppose it might fit me more than the peaceful Elysian FieldsMag Mell.

Lancer: Anyway, I've delivered Mr. Screwllum's message. It's time to waste the rest of my days outside.
