Siobhan is an NPC on Penacony. Upon completing all Adventure Missions of the Vignettes in a Cup Event, she can be found in Dreamjolt Hostelry in The Reverie (Dreamscape).
Profile
Siobhan holds the second-highest position within the Iris Family. She is said to prefer solitude and rarely appears in public.[3] In her youth, she was abandoned by her biological parents at the Reverie Hotel, but soon became noticed by the head of the Iris Family, Maeven Ellis, who raised her as a future star.
However, in an act of rebellion, she decided to take a different path from her family of performers. She opened a Monster Lounge known as the Dreamjolt Hostelry in The Reverie (Dreamscape), aiming to help the Dreamjolt Troupe creatures untangle their emotional knots, preventing them from becoming frenzied. In order to start the lounge, she began looking for abandoned Sweet Dreams Troupe members in the Dreamscape, taking those who were rational and sane enough to talk to her. The first she found was a Dreamjolt Troupe's Bubble Hound who she promptly called Mr. Bigwig. They then found a Dreamjolt Troupe's Spring Loader who she called Spade. Later, a Dreamjolt Troupe's Sweet Gorilla arrived outside the longue and tried to give it a name, only to learn that it already had one; Starlet. Further exploration led to the discovery of two more members, a Dreamjolt Troupe's Mr. Domescreen who she called Lady; when they returned, they found a Dreamjolt Troupe's Winder Goon who she promptly called Tin Man.
She believes that there's a unique emotional connection between these monsters, and that the process of mixing drinks is like having a conversation with the guests. By crafting these concoctions, she can understand the monsters' stories and experience their emotions.[4]
Siobhan would later try to resolve the issue of the Family trying to eliminate her beloved guests, who she saw as a real family. However, she wished to avoid using her connections to the Iris Family to resolve it, and opened communications with Amiky. Since she couldn't be at both places at once, she asked the Trailblazer to help fill in for her at the lounge, who slowly gained the guests' trust. Eventually, when the Bloodhound Family raided the premises to destroy the Dreamjolt Troupe, she decided to contact the Bloodhound Family, but Starlet told her to check on her guests first. She ultimately revealed her past to the lounge to the Trailblazer and the others. When the Bloodhound Family returned again, Siobhan and Amika made them stand down by revealing how friendly the troupe members were, prompting them to leave. While she could not resolve the nightmare, she promised to stay with them until the Dreamscape collapsed. Further communication with the Bloodhound Family resulted in them postponing cleaning operations and she thanked the Trailblazer for their assistance.[5]
Appearance
Siobhan has short blond undercut hair with an asymmetric cut, longer on the right. Her left ear wears a golden earring. Her pupils are greenish blue.
She wears masculine outfits: a red jacket with a black belt on the right sleeve, a dark-blue flower-patterned outer shirt, an even darker inner shirt, black bands on her right wrist, a purple plaid necktie, a black choker, a golden flower-shaped necklace, gray trousers with a purple rope on the right, and brown shoes. Her outer shirt hangs a pair of sunglasses.

- Siobhan: What do you want to talk about? I'm willing to open up to you, even if I don't have a custom drink in my hand.

- Siobhan: This lounge is the perfect place for a chat. What do you want to know?
- ...About your past.
- Siobhan: I knew that was where you were going. The situation was critical back then, and I didn't have time to explain properly. I don't often talk to people about this, either.
- Siobhan: ...It all happened a long time ago.
- Siobhan: My parents were the kind of Family members you'd see all the time. Young, impulsive, conceited, and ambitious to a fault. They believed that the Dreamscape was full of wealth and would give anything to claw themselves up to a higher position.
- Siobhan: Clearly, they failed. Just before the day they went bankrupt, they secretly left the planet and placed me, a newborn baby, in the Dreampool. A servant of the Iris Family found me and handed me over to the current family head - Ms. Maeven.

- Siobhan: No. I only discovered this once I was older using Family connections.
- Do you hate them?
- Siobhan: Hmm... Why would I hate two people that I have no recollection of?
- Siobhan: Everything I just told you... I only managed to discover once I was older using Family connections.
- Siobhan: They didn't leave me any clues to find them, and I have never gone in search of them.
- Siobhan: Just like that, I became a part of the Iris Family, what happened after that is a whole other story.
- ...About the Iris Family.
- Siobhan: Maeven, the Iris Family Head, is obsessed with the stage. She believes that a passionate atmosphere can break down all barriers between people. So, after she took me in, she focused on raising me as a future acting superstar.
- Siobhan: I did not disappoint her and managed to achieve a lot of success in this field. I met Amiky back then, too. She was my junior and also a child who shouldered a lot of expectations due to her outstanding acting talents.
- Siobhan: However, I quickly grew tired of this life. The flowers and applause only gave me a deep sense of fatigue. Living a life on the stage is all too illusory, and that's not the real me.
- Siobhan: ...Perhaps, I was searching for something.
- Did you find it?
- Siobhan: Maybe, I'm not even sure myself. Who knows? But I like the life I have now.
- We are all searching for something.
- Siobhan: Then we are all losing something else at the same time. Hahaha, these quips are no fun to be constantly mentioning.
- Siobhan: After that, I had a huge argument with Maeven and left the Iris Family. Then, I came and opened this lounge by myself.
- Siobhan: And you know the rest from there. Life as a drinksmith is monotonous but rich. It is worth savoring.
- ...About you and Amiky.
- Siobhan: I never said it outright because I was worried about upsetting the monsters.
- Siobhan: But, I never expected that the Bloodhound Family would have arrived so quickly. Even more unexpected was the fact that you happened to overhear me and Amiky talking when you came to Golden Hour to search for me. Life really is full of surprises, isn't it?
- Do you plan on returning to the Iris Family?
- Siobhan: I don't. But Amiky was right, I cannot save this lounge with ideals alone. If it weren't for my relationship with Maeven, I fear that the monsters would have all been cleared out long ago.
- Siobhan: Dealing with The Family is always troublesome, I'll need to think more about this in the future.
- How do you deal with Amiky?
- Siobhan: Amiky isn't the rude and unreasonable girl that you think. She's actually very gentle, she just needs a few words of comfort and she calms down.
- Siobhan: Mixing drinks... is like the art of conversation. I feel like I'm coming to understand this more and more.
- Siobhan: Communication is the foundation of trust. If you keep things in your heart and don't say them out loud, then you cannot blame other people when they misunderstand you, can you?

- Siobhan: Thanks to you, we managed to hold onto the Dreamjolt Hostelry, but this is not a long-term fix.
- Siobhan: In the future... I hope more people will learn to accept monsters and allow them to enter society. The hotel in the dreamscape is just too small, they long to see the big, wide world.
- Siobhan: Haha, maybe it's a little too idealistic to be saying things like that for now. We'll take it slowly, step by step.
