Fersman is an NPC on Jarilo-VI, located in Pillars of Creation upon completing the Trailblaze Continuance chapter Jolted Awake From a Winter Dream.
He can be hired as museum staff in the Everwinter City Museum Ledger of Curiosities Event, and will appear randomly in the History and Culture Museum.
Profile
Fersman is Hook's adoptive father. He was a good friend of Hook's biological parents, and took her in after they died.

Fersman wears a hat, wool jacket, and brown gloves.
