Dovebrook, the mother river of Duomension City. Neon lights twist in bizarre hues, while the Phantasmoon slumbers over the Dovebrook Bridge.

The Synwish Syndicate's headquarters theoretically shouldn't be listed as a tourist spot... but you can't deny that the view from the boss's floor-to-ceiling office window is a solid 10/10!
