Mr. Bigwig

Mr. Bigwig is an NPC on Penacony. Upon completing Event Adventure Mission Morose Monsters (VI) from Vignettes in a Cup in the chapter Vignettes in a Cup, he can be found in Dreamjolt Hostelry.

Profile

Mr. Bigwig was originally a Sweet Dreams Troupe that helped deliver SoulGlad to customers. However, in his attempt to get attention, he began to agitate others, resulting in him having the most negative reviews. In one incident with Spade, he had lost a key for a valued customer, who threatened to report them to the administrator. Eventually, Siobhan came and tore the customer's invitation, gaining both his and Spade's respect and trust. Later on, they would work under Vitali, but he did a poor job in protecting the house.

After being abandoned in the hotel's Dreamscape as a Dreamjolt Troupe, Siobhan would discover him and they opened the Dreamjolt Hostelry, where she gifted him a radio to keep him entertained. They would later rescue more Sweet Dreams Troupe members who had been abandoned. Siobhan later left the longue to the Trailblazer while she tried to sort out the problems with the monsters. Bigwig would arrive at the longue and agitated the Trailblazer with his mannerisms. Later, he got into a fight with Spade after the latter destroyed his radio, but the Trailblazer managed to enter their Emoscapes and restored them back to their normal selves.^[1]

While finishing up Lady and Melancholy's issues, the Trailblazer heard a commotion downstairs and found that Starlet had gone berserk and had to fight him in order to calm him down. Bigwig was shocked at the sudden turn of events, but was reassured by the Trailblazer. When Siobhan returned, Bigwig found her actions suspicious and asked the Trailblazer to help track her down to see what was going on.^[2] They only did so after resolving Starlet's problem, upon which they headed to the Golden Hour and followed her to a hotel where they found her talking with Amiky, an Iris Family representative. Through the conversation, Bigwig mistakenly assumed that Siobhan wanted to leave them and returned to the longue dejected. Once the Halovian returned a second time, she revealed her past with the monsters, and Bigwig subsequently apologized. Though she could not solve the Nightmare, she resolved to stay with the rest of the group until the Dreamscape collapsed, which he was grateful for.^[3]
