Profile

(To be added.)

History

Antepenultimate Cycle

In the antepenultimate cycle of Amphoreus, Polyxia, alongside Castorice, were fated to take up the divinity of the Death Titan. However, the condition for acquiring divinity was to sacrifice a person you loved. As such, Castorice sacrificed herself for Polyxia, turning her to the demigod of Death.[4]

Penultimate Cycle

33,550,336th Eternal Recurrence

Once Era Nova arrived and Polyxia became the Titan of Death, she gathered the soul of Castorice, gave it a body, and dropped it near Styxia, which resulted in her barely existing in Amphoreus.[6]

When she reunited with Castorice again, she passed on the divinity of Death to her, granting her the status of a demigod.[6][7]

Final Cycle

An Eternal Page

After the events of Trailblaze Mission Fallen Petals, Leave Fading Traces of Fragrance, Polyxia is revived inside As I've Written and reverts back to her human form.

Dialogue

Amunet: Heh... Looking at them reminds me of my sisters who were also taken in by the temple.
Amunet: At this point, the prayers that hail death in Aidonia have become nothing but absurd delusions.
Amunet: But I still believe that all things must come to an end. That end might be death, or to be forgotten. But until then...
Kalista: We don't have to hold hands through a branch or avoid hugs anymore. Castorice, is there anything else you want to do but haven't been able to?
Polyxia: Pinky promise, tickle fight... arm wrestling?
Castorice: Huh?
Amunet: ...Hehe. Before that, we've got tons and tons of things waiting for us to do.

Etymology

  • Polyxia is derived from the name of the Ancient Greek deity Pollux.
    • The fact that Polyxia initially inherits the authority of Death instead of Castorice may be inspired by the fact that, according to Greek mythology, Pollux was immortal thanks to his divine origin, unlike Castor, who was mortal.
  • EpieiKeia216 may be derived from the Ancient Greek word ἐπιείκεια epĭeíkeia, "reasonableness, fairness."
