Gameplay Notes
- This Talent's Extra Turn will be queued alongside other Ultimate and Extra Turns.
- Ultimates casted during this Extra Turn will be queued to after the last action in queue.
- If triggered while the queue is not empty (such as when casting Ultimates during Seele's Basic ATK or Skill animation that triggers Resurgence), this Extra Turn will be added to the end of the queue.
- The Extra Turn will not cause Seele's status effect durations to tick down.
- If an enemy is defeated with another effect (such as and ), Resurgence will not trigger, even if they trigger during Seele's Basic ATK, Skill, or Ultimate.
