- Certain interactions with Trash Cans in Administrative District or Dumpsters in Boulder Town.
- Randomly as one the rewards from the Lucky Wheel game machine in Aideen Park of the Golden Hour when
Daring Wager is used. - Randomly when receiving
Sparkle's Wondrous Pack. - During Trailblaze Mission The Departed Will Return First in the chapter A New Venture on the Eighth Dawn up to three exchanges can be done with a trash can. First exchange returns 1 Pleasant-Looking Trash in exchange for "trash," second exchange returns 3 Pleasant-Looking Trash in exchange for 1 Pleasant-Looking Trash and last exchange returns 1 Sanctity of the Trashcan in exchange for 1 Pleasant-Looking Trash.
