Profile
Solabis was one of Seliose's legendary winged companions, the other being Lunabis.
History
After Seliose was exiled from her tribe, she met Solabis and Lunabis, forming an alliance with them. After challenging and defeating Aquila, Seliose appointed Solabis and Lunabis as her executors, who obeyed her every command and saw her as an inspiration. As she brought about the destruction of her former people, one of these unnamed Chrysos Heirs was brought to her by the duo. Seliose ordered her killed with the rest, but the unnamed heir begged for mercy, claiming that if she were to live, her descendants would return and defeat her. Intrigued by the claim, Seliose proceeded to order Solabis and Lunabis to let her go.[1]
In the next thousand years, without Seliose's guidance, Solabis and Lunabis would observe the actions of humanity from the "Fortress of Dome" Eye of Twilight, realizing that humanity was not flawed as they believed them to be. Eventually, Solabis became corrupted by the black tide, transforming into a Dark Sun Gryphon and roamed the fortress. When Phainon, Hyacine, the Trailblazer and Dan Heng arrived to reactivate the fortress, they first ran into Lunabis' memory projection, who brought them to the corrupted Solabis. They granted their physical form mercy, turning them into a memory projection. Solabis was skeptical of Hyacine's desire to fight Aquila after learning she was a doctor, but Lunabis told them that the warriors before them had also defeated Nikador. Solabis eventually agreed to help them gain an audience with Aquila, revealing the truth about Seliose's past and assisted Hyacine in defeating her.[2]
