Alma is a commission-exclusive NPC who first appeared during Season 3 Chapter 2: The Long Goodbye.

Alma is the chief of Section 9, making her a notable figure within HAND.

History

Alma was one of the figures invited to Roscaelifer as the floating city prepared to open itself to the outside world, acting as a representative of HAND.^[1] Upon entering the city she along with Daniel and Owen were invited to an introductory tea party with Velina, Sigrid, Lindverne and Claret. While the En-Nah Gang tried to crash the initial tea party, Alma was ultimately delighted by the display, figuring it was part of the official introductions.

Alma was later present when Airspace Patrol confronted Remielle and Phaethon following their rescue of Dracaene. Given the complex nature of the situation, she along with the other representatives still assumed that Remielle was a criminal.^[2]
