Owen

Owen is a commission-exclusive NPC who first appeared during Season 3 Chapter 2: The Long Goodbye.

Profile

Owen is a member of TOPS, though it is unknown what company or group within TOPS he hails from. He is quite sensitive in matters relating to TOPS personel, being concerned for Truvia's well being, and notably angered when Remielle took the blame for the harm done to her.

History

Owen was one of the figures invited to Roscaelifer as the floating city prepared to open itself to the outside world, acting as a representative of TOPS.^[1] Upon entering the city she along with Alma and Daniel were invited to an introductory tea party with Velina, Sigrid, Lindverne and Claret. When the En-Nah Gang tried to crash the initial tea party, Owen was initially surprised, as he expected the city to be a more solemn place. He stated that he was most interested in the kind of economic benefits that Roscaelifer could bring to TOPS.

Owen was later present when Airspace Patrol confronted Remielle and Phaethon following their rescue of Dracaene. Given the complex nature of the situation, he along with the other representatives still assumed that Remielle was a criminal, which was even more pronounced for Owen given that Truvia, a fellow member of TOPS, was in critical condition, though he had no idea that Girtablullu was the one responsible.^[2] He called out for the soldiers to apprehend Remielle, though Phaethon and Pyrois took her to safety before any party could act.
