Ning Qian is a commission-exclusive NPC who appears in Phaethon's Story: On the Precipice of the Abyss.
Profile
He is a student of Banyue as he joined Banyue's sect to take revenge because Banyue abandoned his sister, Ning Shu. He collaborated with Sarah Floren to trap Banyue in an array and almost killed both himself and Banyue, but his attempt failed through the interference of Dialyn, Ye Shunguang, and the proxy Phaethon.[2][3]
