HSO Section 6 has been tasked with carrying out an emergency rescue mission in a Hollow that had recently erupted. Hoshimi Miyabi has sent an invitation to Phaethon to participate in this operation as an assistant rescuer.

An opponent like this that has Section 6 and their Void Hunter seeking help is certainly rare. Head to Melinoe and check things out.

Ferrier: (‍Sir!Sir!Text for Wise / Ma'am!Ma'am!Text for Belle‍)! I'm "Ferrier," in charge of transporting HSO's special supplies and external aid personnel in and out of Melinoe. Deputy Chief Tsukishiro instructed me to meet you here.
