Anomalous Tree Marrow II is a Quest Item randomly obtained after claiming the Trounce Domain rewards of Binding Field of Universal Nirvana.

Upon obtaining Anomalous Tree Marrows I, II and III, the three items will automatically combine to form Anomalous Tree Marrow.
