Ashru

Ashru is an open-world NPC located in the Curatorium of Secrets. He^[1] is Nefer's pet cat.

Profile

Ashru is a descendant of the pet cats that Thoth, the Ibis King, once raised.^[2]

Thoth once possessed Ashru to speak with Nefer from his imprisonment in Aaru, during which he shared in the cat's physical sensations. Before Nefer realized this, Thoth left Ashru's body, turning him back into an ordinary little cat. Nefer has kept Ashru in her care ever since in the hopes that the Ibis King would speak through him again in the future.^[3]
