Heartstopper Strike is Shikanoin Heizou's Elemental Skill.
Gameplay Notes
- When this skill hits at least one enemy, it generates different amounts of Elemental Particles depending on the amount of Declension stacks.
- At 0-1 stacks, it generates 2 particles.
- At 2-3 stacks, it generates 2.5 particles.
- At 4 stacks, it generates 3 particles.
- Declension stacks will remain when Heizou switches out.
- The number of Declension stacks Shikanoin Heizou possesses is indicated by the circle next to him.
