A unique technique that gathers Anemo in one place before unleashing it all in one kick. Is always there in a pinch to land on some criminal's fleeing back.
Windmuster Kick is Shikanoin Heizou's Elemental Burst.
Gameplay Notes
- Fudou Style Vacuum Slugger DMG and Windmuster Iris DMG will snapshot Shikanoin Heizou's stats on cast and will not be affected by changes in his stats that occur afterwards.
- The Vacuum Field created by this talent lasts for 0.3 seconds.
