Rekis

Rekis, also known as Black Reef Rekis^[1] and Black Boar Rekis,^[2] is a mentioned character in Genshin Impact.

Profile

Rekis is currently involved in a power struggle in the Nod-Krai underworld, against Radius Bone's crew and possible others.^[3] His subordinates include Icahua and Manou.

When the Traveler reaches the Easybreeze Holiday Resort, Rekis is in the process of capturing Asha to sell to influential buyers back in Nod-Krai. He attempts to recruit Radius Bone, over whom he holds "personal debts," but Radius refuses to harm the Asha and actively works to disrupt Rekis's operation.^[1]

Around the same time, Rekis also runs a scam involving fake Koholasaur dolls. He orders Manou to kidnap the painter Kanei, intending to force him to manufacture counterfeit dolls, but Manou abducts Kanei's apprentice Zhaka by mistake. When Zhaka's skills are revealed to be subpar, Rekis harshly berates Manou and orders him to foist the lower-quality knock-offs onto unsuspecting tourists.^[4]
