Constellation Effects

• Constellation Level 1, At Water's Edge: "While donning the Ceremonial Garment created by Nereid's Ascension, the final Normal Attack in Sangonomiya Kokomi's combo will unleash a swimming fish to deal 30% of her Max HP as Hydro DMG. This DMG is not considered Normal Attack DMG."
• Constellation Level 4, The Moon Overlooks the Waters: "While donning the Ceremonial Garment created by Nereid's Ascension, Sangonomiya Kokomi's Normal Attack SPD is increased by 10%, and Normal Attacks that hit opponents will restore 0.8 Energy for her. This effect can occur once every 0.2s."

Trivia

• Using this skill's Normal Attacks and Charged Attacks near most NPCs will cause them to clap.
  • Plunging Attacks cause them to flinch if Kokomi is close enough during the entire Plunging Attack.

Etymology

• The Chinese and Japanese names of the attack (Chinese: 水有常形 Shuǐ Yǒu Cháng Xíng, "Water Has a Constant Shape"; Japanese: 水の常形 Mizu no Joukei, "The Constant Shape of Water") are references to the phrase "water has no constant shape" (Chinese: 水无常形 "shuǐ wú cháng xíng") from Sun Tzu's The Art of War, the greatest military treatise in China, written around the 5th century BC.
