Uchida Kotaro is a writer from Inazuma who is looking for the perfect crime for his next crime novel while sitting in front of Shattuck in Millhaven. His vocal thoughts start to lead people to think that he is planning a real-life crime and alerting the Knights of Favonius.
During A Crime Plan?!, Lohen is sent by the Knights to investigate Mr. Kotaro. Because of a Reassembled Note the Traveler finds that proved Mr. Kotaro is just brainstorming the crimes, the suspicions are dropped. After taking Mr. Kotaro to the Knights of Favonius Base in Dornman Port, Lohen gives Mr. Kotaro advice on the perfect crime.[1]
