A Crime Plan?! (unofficial name) is a Hidden Exploration Objective that takes place in Windrest Peak, Mondstadt.

Steps

Come across the Reassembled Note in Millhaven
Go to Shattuck to either:
- Hand over the note to Lohen
- Hand over the note to Uchida Kotaro
Go to the Knights of Favonius Base in Dornman Port
Talk to Lohen and Mr. Kotaro

Dialogue

(Approach the start location): Paimon: Wait... doesn't that nest look kind of weird?

(Approach the nest)

(Inside the nest lie scattered scraps of paper, with what looks like broken lines of handwriting still visible on them...)

Paimon: Did they tear up all this paper for nesting material?

Paimon: There's writing on it too. Maybe we should piece it together and see what it says?

Guess we'll have to do it ourselves...

Paimon: Come on, aren't you at least a little curious? What if it's a treasure map?

After Paimon's repeated prodding, the scraps are finally assembled...

After completing this HEO, Uchida Kotaro will return to his default location in Millhaven.
Despite Lohen's misgivings about its practicality, Uchida's proposed murder plot was already successfully used during Emilie's Story Quest, Pomum de Ambra Chapter: Act I - Floral Debt, Blood Due.
