Gameplay Notes
- The comparison of talent levels for the duration increase of High Spirits includes any increases from constellation levels and other Utility Passives for the talent levels of other characters in the party, and it uses Lohen's Elemental Skill Level without High Spirits.[What about his C3?]
- For example, if Lohen's Elemental Skill Level is 10 without High Spirits and increases to 11 with High Spirits, then High Spirits will have its duration increased if a teammate has any talent at Level 10 or higher, even if their talent level would be lower without any boosts from constellation levels or other Utility Passives.
