Starter's Manual

Eligibility

Captains who created characters after the v5.8 update.

Time

Within 90 days after the day of creating characters.

Details

1. Growth Regimen
   1. [Required Level] 10 or higher.
   2. [Details] Growth Regimen consists of 9 phases. You can complete event missions of each phase to quickly get familiar with in-game content and obtain tons of growth materials. After completing all missions of a certain phase, you can also get  Crystals,  Dorm Supply Cards, SP Battlesuit  Reverist Calico,  Valkyrie Option Egg: S and other phase rewards!
      1. Use  Valkyrie Option Egg: S to get one of the following:  Azure Empyrea Character Card,  Knight Moonbeam Character Card,  Lightning Empress Character Card,  Dimension Breaker Character Card,  Phoenix Character Card,  Goushinnso Memento Character Card,  Blood Rose Character Card,  Shadow Knight Character Card,  Sixth Serenade Character Card or  Ancient Willpower ×420.
2. Training Plan
   1. [Required Level] 25 or higher.
   2. [Details] Complete the missions of Training Plan to obtain  Starter Coupons, which can be used to exchange for S-rank Battlesuit  Jade Knight,  Crystals, Robert Peary and other powerful 4★ stigmata,  Phase Shifter,  Advanced Skill Materials, and other growth materials in Training Shop and Material Shop.
3. Level Rush
   1. [Required Level] 10 or higher.
   2. [Details] Captains who are between Lv. 15 and Lv. 60 can obtain one Level Rush Reward for upgrading every 5 levels, totaling  Crystals ×1,200,  Dorm Supply Card ×15,  Asterite ×2,000 and  HOMI Chest ×10. After unlocking Level Bundle, you can upgrade to obtain S-rank battlesuit  Herrscher of Human: Ego and  Crystals ×5,400. Level Bundle is sold for  B-Chip ×880.
4. 7-Day Plan
   1. [Required Level] 10 or higher.
   2. [Details] Within 14 days after creating the character, you can log in 7 days to obtain S-rank Battlesuit  Herrscher of the Void and her recommended weapon Keys of the Void,  Crystals ×300,  Battlesuit Supply Cards,  Equipment Supply Cards,  Swallowtail Phantasm's outfit  Azure Memories and more. S-rank Battlesuit  Herrscher of the Void can be obtained on the 2nd day of your login.
5. Supply Giveaway
   1. [Required Level] 13 or higher.
   2. [Details] Complete Supply missions to obtain S-rank Battlesuit Weapon Option,  Crystals,  Honkai Shards and more.
      1. Open S-rank Battlesuit Weapon Option to get one of the following: Purana Phantasma: Nighteye (recommended weapon for  Reverist Calico), Key of Ego (recommended weapon for  Herrscher of Human: Ego) or Nocturnal Stealth (recommended weapon for  Jade Knight).
6. First Top-up Bonuses
   1. [Required Level] 10 or higher.
   2. [Details] Top up any amount for the first time to get one of the following SP Battlesuits:  Cosmic Expression,  Sugary Starburst or  Chrono Navi.

Major Story Chapters

After the v5.8 update, Story Chapters will be organized into Major Story Chapters. You can reach the required level to experience chapters you're interested in. Clear Story Chapter II to unlock Major Story Chapters: Where Dreams Began & The End of Destiny. Reach Lv. 30 to unlock all Major Story Chapters.

Speed Leveling

After the v5.8 update, bonus EXP will be added to Story Stages and Daily Missions. Meanwhile, the  EXP required for leveling up from Lv. 61 to Lv. 80 will be reduced.

Grouping Rules Changed for Promotion to Abyss: Exalted

To optimize the combat experience upon promotion to Abyss: Exalted, after the v5.8 update, we will change the rules for promotion from Abyss: Masters to Abyss: Exalted. When you are promoted to Abyss: Exalted, the Exalted grouping will be determined by the tier of Abyss: Masters in the recent 2 cycles. Other rules, including Virtual Trophies, will not change.

Returnee Event

Participants

Returnees who are below Lv. 60 and to whom Starter's Event has expired.

Release Date

Starting from v5.8.

Details

1. Based on your level, corresponding missions of Growth Regimen will be added to Returnee Event interface. Mission rewards include  Crystals,  Dorm Supply Cards,  Reverist Calico Character Card,  Valkyrie Option Egg: S and more.
2. Unclaimed rewards will be delivered by mail after the event ends.
3. Once you activated Break the Ceiling and reached Lv. 81, the missions of Growth Regimen will be closed. In this case, any unclaimed rewards will be delivered by mail.
   1. Use  Valkyrie Option Egg: S to get one of the following:  Azure Empyrea Character Card,  Knight Moonbeam Character Card,  Lightning Empress Character Card,  Dimension Breaker Character Card,  Phoenix Character Card,  Goushinnso Memento Character Card,  Blood Rose Character Card,  Shadow Knight Character Card,  Sixth Serenade Character Card or  Ancient Willpower ×420.

Other Changes

◆ Item Background Colors

1. Changed the background colors of certain items and their text color on the Supply History screen from purple to gold.
2. Changed display effects when certain new battlesuits/ELFs/outfits/items are obtained.

◆ EXP

1. Generally adjusted  EXP and removed offline EXP. The accumulated offline EXP (as of 04:00, JUN 30 will be issued to Captains via mail after the v5.8 update, and the extra EXP will be converted to  Coins.
2. Adjusted the way of sending Upgrade Stamina Reward. Now the Stamina Reward obtained by Captains who have upgraded will be sent as Stamina items instead.
3. Removed Starter's Buff, EXP Chip and Coins Chip.
4. Removed the effect of "Captain EXP +50%" in Returnee Buff.

◆ Story Chapters

1. Removed Story Missions and challenge Missions. You can go to Story Challenge Supply interface to claim the rewards of the uncompleted Story Missions and Challenge Missions.
2. Removed some repeated stages from Chapter I to Chapter VI. After the v5.8 update, if Captains haven't cleared these stages, the first clear Rewards and  Crystals will be sent to them via mail; if Captains have cleared these stages, first clear  Stamina and uncompleted 3★ reward  Crystals will be sent to them via mail.
3. Removed 2* equipment rewards from Chapter I to Chapter III, and they are now obtainable in Chronicles stages.
4. Adjusted the first clear rewards of some stages from Chapter I to Chapter VI, and 2★ stigma rewards have been replaced by 3★ stigma rewards. After the v5.8 update, if Captains have cleared these stages and obtained 2★ stigma rewards, 3★ stigma rewards will be sent to them via mail instead.
5. Reduced the difficulty of completing some 3-star Challenge Missions from Chapter I to Chapter X.

◆ Abyss

1. Added the stage of Q-Manifold: Starting Out. You need to complete the challenge of Q-Manifold: Starting Out before entering Abyss.

◆ Tactics Class

1. Added the tutorial stages of  Herrscher of the Void,  Yamabuki Armor and  Swallowtail Phantasm to Character Tutorial.
2. Adjusted some mechanics tutorial stages and their trial battlesuits.

◆ Open World

1. Lowered the level requirement of APHO to Lv.30.
2. Adjusted the requirements of unlocking Sakura Samsara Exorcism requests. Now you can unlock after completing the First Samsara.

◆ Dorm System

1. Adjusted the level requirement of the Dorm system to 40 (not applicable to Captains who have unlocked it).
2. Adjusted the level display of the ELF dispatch button in Dorm Errands.
3. Lowered the level requirement of Dorm Errands and  Dorm Shop to Lv.20.

◆ Other

1. Optimized the red dot display on certain interfaces.
2. Optimized the performance of the icons of upgrading and unlocking on the battlesuit skill page.
3. Added the description of the requirement of obtaining achievement on the achievement interface.
4. Adjusted the level requirement of the mission screen to 20.
5. Adjusted the requirement of unlocking the stigma system. Now you can unlock after clearing Stage 5 of Chapter I.
