Cloud Computing Resuming

Cloud Computing Resuming is an Achievement in the category The Memories We Share.

To unlock this achievement, the player must read the meeting minutes of geniuses studying Amphoreus by interacting with the four Memory Bubbles in Herta Space Station's Seclusion Zone after completing Trailblaze Mission Dawn, Shine at the World's End and reading the message from the Astral Express Family.

"Emperor's Scepter."; Touch the Memory Bubble.; Screwllum: In my long existence, I have certainly come across worlds that use space-time as barriers...; Screwllum: Are any of you familiar with... the Emperor's Scepter?; Herta: A colossal system among Emperor Rubert II's collection of scepters, operated by antilife equations and created to simulate destruction scenarios for innumerable civilizations...; Herta: Even amid the Scholars' Strife, when other scepters were depleted of computing power, none dared employ such ungovernable Erudition weapons — they were either sealed forever or cast into distant stellar abysses.; Herta: Screwy, where did you come across such a sinister artifact?; Screwllum: While exploring the origins of inorganic life across distant border stars, I found one that had escaped detection.; Screwllum: Even though its operator had perished in "Self-Coronation," that scepter continued to function.
