Interastral Peace Corporation

The IPC is an old acquaintance of ours by this point. The Interastral Peace Corporation is the largest economic entity in the entire cosmos. Much of the equipment installed on the Express was issued by the IPC, like the Omni-Synthesizer and the Interastral Peace Guide.
People encountered by the Trailblazers during past adventures like Skott and Xiaohan in the Luofu's Aurum Alley, Topaz in Belobog, and our recent guest, Velite, are all from the IPC. As you may have noticed, each of them has vastly contrasting personalities and operational habits, so it's difficult to generalize them as a group. However, strictly speaking, they aren't bad people. When dealing with IPC's employees, remember to keep your guard up, but there's no need to be overly antagonistic to them. After all, with great power comes great reputation to protect.

Masked Fools

You can't speak of the Masked Fools without mentioning the Aeon they follow, Aha the Elation! Ugh... Pom-Pom's remembering some horrible memories!
Members of the Masked Fools are everywhere. Based on the data you've brought back with you from previous expeditions, Pom-Pom has reasons to suspect Sampo who swindled Passenger Dan Heng into the underground boxing ring, Zhongshan who brought down the Unshackled with you on the Xianzhou, and Giovanni who sponsored the Aetherium Wars not long ago... These people will do anything for fun and will absolutely show up at Penacony, so remember to keep your distance!

Garden of Recollection

From what Passenger March 7th has relayed, she has dealt with the Garden of Recollection in the Xianzhou's Matrix of Prescience. Pom-Pom also has a sneaky feeling that they are here on the Express as well! So dangerous and suspicious!
It was said that the Memokeepers of the Garden of Recollection don't have physical bodies and only allow those they wish to see them to have that capability. So if you see them in Penacony, it means you've caught their attention! Be extra vigilant and don't let your guard down!

Annihilation Gang

From the battle against the Antimatter Legion to fighting Phantylia on the Xianzhou, the forces of Destruction are threats on a cosmic level. They're also our oldest enemies.^{[Note 1]} The Annihilation Gang, on the other hand, was said to be so murderous that arson and pillaging have become second nature for them, causing even Nanook to find them distasteful.
Remember the recent attack on Herta Space Station? That's them, you were one of the victims back then.
It's unfathomable that The Family would send them an invite!!! Dear Trailblazer, please watch out for yourself when there are villains like these out there, and don't get hurt!

Xianzhou Alliance

Among all the factions, the one you're the most familiar with is probably the Xianzhou Alliance, so Pom-Pom won't go into details about them. Thanks to everyone's impressive performance on the Xianzhou Luofu, they even gave the Express Crew a jade abacus symbolizing our alliance, it's a huge deal.
The Family seems to also have sent an invitation to the Xianzhou Alliance for this celebration, but Pom-Pom heard the Alliance rejected them. It's a shame that we don't get to meet this time.

Genius Society

Members of the Genius Society each have their own ways of doing things, and there is no unified stance. For example, Herta, Member #83, who should be familiar to Trailblazers, has signed numerous supporting agreements with the Express and established strategic cooperation with the IPC. On the other hand, Dr. Primitive, #64, is a sworn enemy of the Galaxy Rangers. Therefore, Trailblazers need not worry; their stance has little to do with us, and the saying "the enemy of my friend is my enemy" doesn't necessarily apply. Even if you currently have good relations with some of the geniuses like Herta, Ruan Mei, and Screwllum, it doesn't mean that the Express is allied with the Genius Society or at odds with the Galaxy Rangers.
Besides, given the way they do things, Pom-Pom reckons that they probably won't respond to The Family's invite.

The Family

Finally, our host this time. The administrators of Penacony — The Fmaily. They are also one of the most powerful organizations in the universe. Since they were the ones who invited us, we can rest assured that the hospitality will be impeccable.
However, remember that the Express have been invited as guests, so you must follow the rules. Listen to Himeko's advice in all matters and be cautious. Finally, have a great time in Penacony!
