Steps
- Go to Failume Heights to find the client
- Head to the Former Employee Community to gather intel
- Head to Carefree Apartments to gather more intel
- Defeat the Ethereal and rescue the Hollow Raider
- Talk to the rescued Hollow Raider
- Chase the Hollow Raider deep into Carefree Apartments
- Talk to the Hollow Raider again
