Voice-Over

Voice-Overs are voiced dialogue from Agents and NPCs. Voice-Overs are available in English, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.

The Voice-Over Files for each language can be downloaded and deleted from the Options menu.

Agents

All Agents have Voice-Overs, although unlike other MiHoYo games, such as Genshin Impact and Honkai: Star Rail, there is no "Profile" section from which voice-overs can be replayed or checked by the player in Zenless Zone Zero.

Voice-Overs for Agents can be heard while interacting with various Game Systems, notably during Combat, during exploration of Hollow Zero's Withered Domain (not Lost Void), and during Quality Time. Agents also have unique voice-overs for when they are obtained from a Signal Search, or are selected in the Agent Menu.

Story & Commissions

Main articles: Phaethon's Story, Agent Story, Special Episode, and Commission

All characters (Agents and NPCs) involved in Phaethon's Story, Agent Stories, Special Episodes, or even some Event Commissions, will have voice-overs, although this will typically only be during "Special Event" dialogue or cutscenes, and does not include dialogue that takes place in the open-world areas.

These voice-overs can be listened to by replaying the "Special Event" sections that get saved in the Video Archive, although this does not include Event content.
