Version 0.7.1 of Genshin Impact, Closed Beta Test 2, was released on March 18, 2020.

Closed Beta Test 2 (CBT2) was the second of three beta versions of Genshin Impact during its development. The beta was scheduled to last for about three weeks from March 18, 2020, to April 7, 2020. However, it was extended for an additional week, ending on April 13, 2020.^[1][2]

CBT2 was a limited-access beta at the end of which all user data were deleted. The platforms supported were PC, iOS, and Android.
