Subareas
There are 6 subareas in Bishui Plain:
| Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Dihua Marsh | Dihua Marsh is an alluvial plain shaped by the Bishui River. It is south of Stone Gate and north of Wangshu Inn. Sal Terrae lies to the east. There is a Statue of The Seven located on the northern end of Dihua Marsh, along the main road. |
| Qingce Village | It is a tranquil village nestled at the foot of Mt. Qingce, with clear waters and terraced fields of flowers. Many of its younger residents have moved away in search of more exciting locales, so it has become known as a retirement spot for the elderly.[1] Buildings in Qingce Village have a simple architectural style, and most are made of wood with blue roofs. The village is home to a community center where Granny Ruoxin can be found, the mill owned by Ms. Bai, a tea shop owned by Pops Kai, the Fanmu Carpenter shop owned by Master Lu, and a market. The Qingce Village Bulletin Board is where advertisements and other postings by locals can be read. |
| Sal Terrae | Sal Terrae was founded by Havria, the God of Salt, and was the last sanctuary she presided over for her people after conceding much of her land during the Archon War in hopes of peace. |
| Stone Gate | Stone Gate is the convergence of the roads to Dawn Winery (northeast), Wuwang Hill and Qingce Village (northwest), and Dihua Marsh and Liyue Harbor (south). There are two Teleport Waypoints in its vicinity, one towards the northern end of the area and one towards the west. |
| Wangshu Inn | According to Zhongli, Wangshu Inn was built tall to provide visibility and is a strategic location that must be defended.[2] It has existed since at least during the years right after the Cataclysm, nearly 500 years ago.[3] As most of the patrons that stop here are traveling merchants, the inn provides an area for them to trade and set up stalls. The view from the top of the inn is jaw-dropping — weather permitting, you can see all the way to Mt. Qingce and Jueyun Karst in the distance. Legend amongst the stalls says that the tower of the inn hides a mysterious secret, but that's as far as the legend goes, as no one has ever been able to verify the claims. The inn itself is run by Verr Goldet and her husband, Huai'an, who are both secret agents under the Liyue Qixing reporting directly to Ningguang.[4] The commercial aspect of the inn is a front to their real task of covertly assisting Xiao in his excursions of excising plagues from Liyue.[5] |
| Wuwang Hill | The area is known for its eerie atmosphere, as the skies will always be dark gray regardless of whether it is daytime or nighttime. |
