Durin can be invited as a Companion into the player's Serenitea Pot after obtaining him and completing the World Quest Idle Teapot Talk.
Favorite Furnishing Sets
If a character's favorite furnishing set is placed in the same realm as the character for the first time, the character will automatically teleport to the furnishing set. Interacting with the character will initiate a special dialogue, after which the character will teleport back to their original position.

- Durin: It's different from when I first arrived in Sumeru or Mondstadt. I don't feel that mix of excitement and unease. I feel safe and comfortable here.
- That's good to hear. If you need anything, just let me know!
- Durin: Thank you, but... but this place already has everything. I don't need anything more.
- Durin: If anything, there's too much. Some things will be wasted on me.
- Durin: For example, the soft bed that you prepared for me. Perhaps it could go to another guest who needs it?

Special Dialogue
When a character is invited to or invites themselves to their favorite set for the first time, the character will provide a reward. They will provide a reward for each of their favorite sets.
Inviting them to the furnishing set again will replay the dialogue, but no further reward will be given.
Amidst Poetic Pondering
- Durin: This place reminds me of the study Miss Lisa set up for me when I was learning to read and write.
- Durin: She said that human writing needs to be appreciated slowly and with a calm mind, so it's important to shut out all noise. When I was in that study, I felt like I could sit and read forever.
