Gryaznov (Russian: Грязнов Gryaznov) is an open-world NPC located in Sretomorozsk, Volkodlak Tundra, Snezhnaya.
He appears after completing the Archon Quest Gunfire in the Silent Lands in Chapter VII: Act I - Everwinter Without Mercy.

Gryaznov has been a public servant for over 30 years. He had planned on retiring, presumably in Sretomorozsk, when Alyosha and the Traveler exposed Shishkin and the town mayor's smuggling of the town's Kresnik Kristall allotment. The two were arrested by the Fatui and sent to Snezhnograd, while Gryaznov has been appointed as the new mayor — something which seems to have greatly stroked his ego.
