Kresnik Kristall, also known simply as Kristall, is an exploration mechanic in Snezhnaya. It is a type of ore that can be broken to generate Kresnik Energy for the Eye of Graeae.

Usage

• Each Kresnik Kristall generates Kresnik Energy ×60.
• They can be destroyed by 3 instances of any attack, including elemental attacks and attacks from Catalyst and Bow users.‍^{[ver­i­fi­ca­tion need­ed]}
• Kresnik Kristall respawns in ~9s.

Lore

Kresnik Kristall is a unique crystalline ore that generates heat very efficiently when burned.^[1] It is an essential energy source for the people of Snezhnaya, who rely on it to survive in the region's freezing wintry climate.^[2]

Large veins of Kresnik Kristall ore run throughout Snezhnaya, although it is not known how they formed.^[3] It is said that these deposits were first discovered by following the trails of Kristall Bugs, which allowed early peoples to build civilizations in the region despite the harsh weather.^[4] Kresnik Kristall is mainly mined in Novokitezhgrad, after which it is shipped to areas all over Snezhnaya via the railway system.^[5][6] Its transport and use is overseen by the Royal Energy Commission of Snezhnaya.^[7]

Kresnik Kristall originates from the refinement of the authority that was released when a yet unknown colossal beast lost control in ages past.^[8]
