Unspecified reason

Stellar Swirl is the Stellar Glimmer Reaction triggered by inflicting Anemo on a target that is already affected by Cryo, replacing Cryo Swirl while a character with a corresponding Stellar Jubilee Passive is in the party. This reaction deals Anemo DMG and creates a Stellar Vortex that will explode after a period of time, dealing Cryo DMG. If Stellar Swirl is triggered with a Vortex nearby, its level will raise, causing it to deal increased DMG in a larger AoE.

Damage

When Stellar Swirl is triggered, an instance of Anemo DMG is dealt to the target opponent, and then a Lv. 1 Stellar Vortex is created that lasts for 3s. Stellar Vortices will explode after a delay, dealing AoE Cryo DMG. After triggering Stellar Swirl for the third time, the Vortex will level up to Lv. 2, after which it will deal greater DMG across a wider AoE upon bursting. If Stellar Swirl is triggered three more times, the Vortex will explode immediately.

Additionally, for 5s after a Stellar Vortex explodes, the player's next jump will have its height increased.

There are 3 Talents that enable Stellar Swirl and provide its base DMG Bonus:

When a party member triggers a Superconduct or Cryo Swirl reaction, it becomes a Stellar-Conduct or Stellar Swirl reaction instead, and the Base DMG of said reaction is also increased by 0.35% for every 100 points of the Traveler's ATK.
