Fires an Icy Paw that deals Cryo DMG to opponents and forms a shield on hit.
The shield's DMG Absorption scales based on Diona's Max HP, and its duration scales off the number of Icy Paws that hit their target.

Hold
Dashes back quickly before firing 5 Icy Paws.
The shield created by a Hold attack will gain a 75% DMG Absorption Bonus.

The shield has a 250% Cryo DMG Absorption Bonus, and will cause your active character to become affected by Cryo at the point of formation for a short duration.

When an Icy Paw hits at least one enemy, it generates ~0.8 Elemental Particles.
- On average, when all Icy Paws hit an opponent, they generate 1.6 Elemental Particles on press, and 4 Elemental Particles on hold.
Using this talent will inflict the Frozen status on the character for 0.1s when the shield is created.
- This status does not interact with the Wet status, nor will it freeze the player in place like its name implies.
Icy Paws does not need to have to hit enemies in order to have hit a "target"; surfaces and other obstacles are regarded as targets as well.
Total Shield DMG Absorption can be calculated using the following formula: $\text{Total Shield Absorption} = \text{Base Shield Absorption}$ $\times (1+0.75{\text{ when held}})\times {\text{Shield Strength}}\times$ $(2.5{\text{ against Cryo DMG}})\times (1+0.15{\text{ at Constellation 2}})$

Drunken Mist

Deals continuous Cryo DMG to opponents within the AoE.
Continuously regenerates the HP of characters within the AoE.

This Elemental Burst drains energy later than most others.^[7]
Drunken Mist first activates 2s after casting and every 2s afterwards for a total of 6 activations dealing Cryo DMG to opponents and regenerating the HP of characters within its AoE.

Passive Effects

Passive Talent 2, Drunkards' Farce: "Opponents who enter the AoE of Signature Mix have 10% decreased ATK for 15s."
- Despite what the description states, the ATK decrease is not applied to opponents immediately when they enter the AoE of Drunken Mist created by Signature Mix. Instead it is applied periodically to enemies inside the AoE every time Drunken Mist's damage and healing over time activate.

Within 20s after using the Elemental Skill Icy Paws, Diona will also fire off three Icy Paws when party members trigger Superconduct, Stellar-Conduct, Cryo Swirl, or Stellar Swirl reactions. Icy Paws fired this way cannot generate Elemental Particles, nor will they generate a shield upon hitting opponents. This effect can occur once every 3.5s.
Additionally, Diona will also enter the Radiance: Stellar-Conduct state when she is inside a , or the Radiance: Stellar Swirl state for 8s after a nearby party member triggers a Stellar Swirl reaction.

Character Description

Diona's Cryo power has become her preferred method of treating a drunkard's alcohol dependency.
Her Elemental Skill shoots Icy Paws that deal Cryo DMG and creates a shield. Holding it longer increases the amount of Icy Paws fired and the shield's capacity. Activating Diona's Elemental Burst will make her toss out liquor, creating a Drunken Mist which heals allies and deals Cryo DMG to opponents over its duration.
