| Character Summary | Flins is an Electro DMG dealer who enables his party members to trigger Lunar-Charged reactions and who deals Lunar-Charged DMG directly with his Talents. |
| Lunar-Charged Reaction | When Flins is in the party, Electro-Charged reactions triggered by characters will be converted to Lunar-Charged reactions, which summon a thundercloud. This thundercloud will continuously release bursts of lightning at nearby targets who are affected by both Electro and Hydro, dealing Electro DMG. This DMG can trigger CRIT Hits, and the DMG dealt is based on all characters who have applied elements during the reaction. |
| Elemental Skill | After Flins uses his Elemental Skill   , he enters the special Manifest Flame form, which converts his Normal and Charged Attacks to Electro DMG that cannot be overridden by other Elemental infusions. In this form, he can also use the enhanced Elemental Skill   . |

Tempered in Molten Stone
While in the Nightsoul's Blessing state, holding Sprint will cause her to switch to Rushing Thunderbolt mode, temporarily greatly increasing her Movement SPD.
When she has insufficient Nightsoul points, she will consume Phlogiston to maintain this state.
Her Elemental Burst deals Nightsoul-aligned AoE Electro DMG and causes her to enter the Nightsoul's Blessing state.
After using this, Iansan will whip out her Kinetic Energy Scale, which will grant an ATK Bonus to her party's current active character. The higher Iansan's Nightsoul points and ATK, the higher the bonus.
Additionally, the Scale will restore Nightsoul points to Iansan at intervals based on the distance moved by her party's current active character.
While in combat, she can use her Elemental Skill to restore a large amount of Nightsoul points, such that a high ATK Bonus can be quickly attained.
To facilitate experiencing the character's Elemental Burst and Nightsoul's Blessing state, additional Elemental Orbs will appear in the trial stage, and more objects will provide Phlogiston.

After unlocking the Ascension Talent "Four Sealing Divination Charms," coming into contact with Hydro/Pyro/Cryo/Electro when hitting opponents with her rush will cause her Swallow-Wisp Shield to undergo Elemental Conversion, as well as cause thrown Feathermoon Rings to be infused with the corresponding Elemental DMG.
Her Elemental Burst deploys a Feathermoon Swallow Array that pulls in nearby opponents and objects, dealing multiple instances of AoE Anemo DMG.
