Seeking revenge from Planarcadia's "Elation," she transformed into her own enemy, and delivered judgment upon the arcadia in the form of the Herald of Death.

Fulwish is a mission-exclusive NPC on Planarcadia. She is the director of Fulwish TV and the president of Research Society of Happy Smiles, as well as a survivor of the Phantasmoon Games fifteen years ago.

Profile

Fulwish had a happy, normal childhood. She attended Graphia Academy and was a schoolmate and friend of Himeko and Belle.[7][8] She was on class duty along with Belle on July 22nd, 1984 of the Arcadian Calendar, which was the day the Herald of Death murdered twenty-two students at the academy. Fulwish survived by mere luck, but her parents were among the victims of the Herald of Death's massacre.[2]

A mutual aid society formed by the victims of relatives of the Bloodstained Games introduced her to Please Be Happy, a variety show planned by Seafeld TV which was on the verge of cancellation due to a fabrication scandal until Fulwish made her appearance. Her confidence and determination to live a happy life despite tragedy inspired countless people still affected by the Bloodstained Games. The Interastral Peace Corporation, seeing her popularity, helped promote her as a role model and turned her into a superstar.[2]

In order to bring others happiness, Fulwish reorganized the mutual aid society into the Research Society of Happy Smiles and improved Planarcadia's psychological treatment procedures. She acquired the bankrupt Seafeld TV and rebranded it as Fulwish TV, and produced many classic shows such as Good Morning, Planarcadia, Video Game Hour, and Phantasmoon Late-Night Show. One of their current shows, Daybreak Squadron, sparked a superhero craze among teenagers.[2] Fulwish also sponsored a group of civilian heroes called the "Daybreak Warriors" to maintain peace in Planarcadia.[9]

At some point, Fulwish went to the Cranial Neurology Department at Fatal Joke, complaining of an inability to "describe negative feedback received by the self, and an inability to actively express the pain perceived by the self." She also claimed to be able to sense the inner desires of others. The doctors found mild non-pathological tissue growth at the Synesthesia Beacon implant site, but the cause remains unknown. Testing revealed that Fulwish is indeed able to accurately describe the desires of others, but when she verbalized the descriptions, the subjects would experience intense hallucinations and lose all rationality. The unusual condition was designated as "Happiness Syntax" by the doctors, and Fulwish was prescribed Aberration-Interference Sustained-Release Tablets Type II.[1]
